#BWB29

4 years later...

"Nice. Beautiful. Last three shots...and that's a wrap!" the photographer announced

I fixed their make-up and dress.

"Ouch! My hair. Careful, please," sabi sa'kin ng isa at sinimangutan ako

I gulped. "I'm sorry."

"Okay."

Naglakad ako patungo sa make-up room.

"Excuse me Miss. Can you help me unzip my dress?"  I saw a model struggling and reaching out at her back to unzip her dress

I nodded and went to her. I unzip her dress down. "Okay na po."

"Thanks. Uh, can you remove my heels too? Ang dami kasing strap e. I don't know how to remove it," ngumuso siya at inangat ang dress

I looked at her high heels. I knelt down and removed the straps. She placed her hand on my shoulder.

"Where's the make-up artist? My face is already itchy from the make-up.

"Thank you."

"I'm sorry to keep you waiting."

Kinuha ko agad ang make-up bag at nilabas ang make-up remover at bulak. Pagkatapos ay maingat kong tinanggal ang make-up nila. I notice that they were looking at each other from the mirror while hiding their laugh.

"Ang saya ng shoot natin today girls 'no?"

"Yeah. I had fun! I especially loved the outfits we wore.

"I agree. I just didn't like our make-up that much."

"Really? Me too! I thought I was the only one."

"Nah. I know everyone agrees with me."

Natigilan ako sa sinabi nila. I ignored it and took it as a criticism. I'm still new to my job and I can say that I'm not a professional make-up artist. I'm still learning and improving.

"I can do my make-up better honestly."

"Yes?"

"Did you went to make-up school or something? Anong natapos mong course?"

Napakurap-kurap ako sa sinabi niya. "What? I mean, no I didn't."

I refuse to answer her second question. I didn't even expect she'd ask me that. I don't know why but I feel like they know me. They're just pretending not to.
