The next day

Leah pov

I got up doing what I usually do and left going back to Dave's

I honestly didn't wanna argue with him I just won't gon talk to him

I was tired of crying over him when he took his anger out on me

I shook my head as I drove thinking about it

20 minutes later

I arrived at his house and went In

It was going around 1 so I knew everybody was up

I went in the kitchen seeing all three of them laughing and talking in the living room as they watched this Kevin heart movie I love me some Kevin heart I thought in my head

Hey Leah cece said coming over to me

Hey I said slightly smiling

You okay she mouthed to me

Some what did y'all eat breakfast

No but can I help you cook she asked smiling

Yeah that would be a big help

Get me those light blue pots out that cabinet behind you and set it on the stove

She nodded and put the pots and set it in the stove

I then got everything out and we started cooking

1 hour later

We were finally done

We set everything on the table and cece cleaned all the dishes we used

Breakfast is ready cece yelled

Lamar and Dave came in running

Damn this smells good Dave said

I slightly rolled my eyes and sat down

I wasn't gonna let me and Dave's problems affect me enjoying breakfast with the kids

It was mostly Dave and Lamar and cece talking I was just enjoying the food me and cece made

Today was Friday so I had my therapy appointment in 2 hours

I find her up my food and went upstairs starting the shower

I took my clothes off and got in

I got out and dried off putting on my clothes
