Bianca's pov.
I woke up feeling good and well rested. Wait I am not happy about going to school or seeing my teacher's ugly faces, I am happy about seeing Yolanda once again. Oh and I have my hair up in a neat fresh bun. I really feel good!
"Breakfast?" Angelica offered.
I feel good, an act of kindness wouldn't hurt.
"No thank you, Pass me an apple" I smiled.
She threw one my direction.
"Thank you, Have a fabulous day and lay off the make up you look so much better without it" I smiled making my way out.
"Thank you!" She exclaimed.
I didn't wait for Yolanda, I just walked to school listening to my feel good playlist.
I sat on the stairs and a notification paused my music. What now?!
I checked my phone and I received a picture from an unknown number.
I opened the text and my lips tagged up into a smile, I know you think it is a nude picture but nope although it's something along those lines. A picture of Angelica without makeup just light lipgloss, something you won't see everyday.
"Hey there!" My favourite voice echoed the hallway.
No it's not Beyoncé come on where is your head at?!
"You look amazing" She said sitting next to me.
"Thank you" I blushed.
All the time I spent in front of the mirror seeking for perfection finally paid out.
She placed her head on my shoulder.
"Um... Our girlfriend bundles have depleted, it's Monday today" I pouted.
"Is a regeneration possible?" She inquired.
"Um... Yeah" I blushed.
"I'd like to buy bundles that'll last till I have grey hair..." She smirked.
"Well that'll take a while to process, For now a kiss on the cheek will quicken the pace" I said as the bell rang beginning the day.
She planted a quick kiss on my lips which was way better than what I requested and we parted ways.
Is it safe for me to scream now?! Because my butterflies are driving me insane.
Yolanda's pov.
Today played out perfectly.
"I am so exhausted!" I groaned to Bianca as we walked home.
"Right!" She groaned louder than I did
"But today was truly amazing" She said with a smile.
"Well, you can't imagine what happened. First your cousin approaches me with out makeup to apologize for 'everything'. It put a smile on my face"
"She apologized to me too last night" Bianca laughed.
"Do you think it's sincere?" I finally asked.
"I don't trust her but there is no harm in giving her a try. She confessed about the weed and I did the same about the fight" She said.
"And did you tell them about her wanting to sabotage your last chance in education?" I asked.
"No, I didn't think it was necessary. She asked for a truce" She said.
"Nice!" I replied a little annoyed.
