"I'd pick Izuku." You leaned back in your chair. Izuku turned a bright shade of pink. "Y-You- you'd pick me..?" He asked quietly, embarrassed. You looked over at him. "I mean why wouldn't I?" You questioned, tilting your head to the side slightly. Izuku looked away. "I dunno..." He trailed off, keeping his gaze down.
You smiled softly, ruffling Izuku's hair. "You're cute. Did you know that?" You teased, looking down at Izuku. He tensed up the slightest bit, only getting more embarrassed. "You can't do that.." He said quietly. You chuckled. "And why not?" You asked, gently lifting Izuku's chin so he'd look up at you. He turned bright pink. "It's not fair." He muttered, keeping his gaze away.
Shoto chuckled. "As if any of this had ever been fair." He mentioned. You looked over to him. What was that meant to mean? Izuku stuck his tongue out at Shoto in retaliation. "Now, now. Don't fight." You said it jokingly, not that it came off that way. You were their boss, after all. Shoto smirked slightly, but shut up. Katsuki remained silent, staying leaned against the wall. "He started it.." Izuku said under his breath.
You chuckled slightly. You found that entertaining. "I know, Izuku." You replied softly, wanting to make sure he knew that you weren't upset. He huffed, his cheeks still bright pink. The poor boy had no idea how much teasing was going to come his way.

"Izuku?" You asked softly, peeking into his study. He'd fallen asleep at his desk again. This happened a lot. Izuku had a habit of doing a little bit too much research on things and disregarding his needs, which led to him passing out at his desk quite often. You smiled softly, walking over to him. "You're so silly sometimes." You noted, kissing Izuku's forehead gently and picking him up.
Izuku stirred the slightest bit, nuzzling into you. "My pretty boy." You muttered, closing the door to his study on your way out. You went to yours and Izuku's shared bedroom, laying him down and tucking him in. You kissed his cheek with a smile. Izuku was gripped to your shirt. "Don't go.." He said tiredly, frowning. You tried to take his hands off.
"I'm just going to get you a snack, puppy." You replied, brushing Izuku's hair out of his face. He only held onto you tighter, pulling you closer to hold onto your waist. "Stay." He muttered. You sat down on the edge of the bed, pulling him into your lap. "Okay. But just for a little, alright?" You said quietly, hoping you wouldn't wake him up the rest of the way. He needed his sleep.
Izuku nodded, drifting off to sleep again as he held onto you. Maybe a little had been an understatement, considering you couldn't get up if he was laying on you. Well, technically, you could. But why would you want to? He was always so cute and peaceful when he was like this. It made him seem truly innocent. You liked this side of him. Quite a bit, actually. And you were going to protect it, no matter what.
