You were lying on the floor,
Cold and unmoving.
Beside that broken door,
Blood oozing.
I stood by your side.
Broken and confused.
"Why did you leave my side? "
I mused .
"Didn't we promise each other,
A forever. "
I softly uttered.
"But look how you left me altogether"
Faded us,
Frozen hearts,
Black clouds.
Dead harts
Months passed by,
But I still remember that day,
So vividly,
As if it was yesterday.
Then I thought,
I shouldn't be sad.
I should be happy that,
You were mine when you were alive.
Our love will forever survive,
Even if we are worlds apart.
Because emotions never decay,
Right?
