We didn't have training today but the girls have got their end of season presentation. I was invited to it but after what happened between Anna and I, i didn't want to cause a scene by going. But, for now it's time to go and speak to Anna and hopefully she'll be more understanding today.
Anna's house is about 10 minutes away from my house so i popped in the shop on the way there to grab some flowers and some of her favourite chocolate. I made it to Anna's 25 minutes after leaving mine and it was now time to let her know the truth about what really happened. Lotte, Leah and Jordan all knew that i was coming over so they were prepared to see me.
I arrived at Anna's house with the flowers and chocolate and Lotte welcomed me in. Anna was sat on the sofa with Leah and Jordan watching the Love Island catch up, they were all happy until Anna saw me. Her face completely dropped and she walked out of the room and left the house.
Lotte: I'll go and talk to her. Sophie: No you don't have to. This is my fault, i need to fix it. Just stay in here until Anna and I have finished our conversation. Lotte: Of course.
I couldn't find Anna anywhere but then i knew where she'd be. She always told me how much the beach gave her comfort. So i hopped in my car and drove to the nearest beach hoping she would be there. I arrived at the beach and there she was, sat on the rocks watching the sea go back and fourth. I walked over to her and asked if i could sit down and she allowed me to do that. Good start.
Anna: What do you want? Did you want to come and rub it in even more about you and Poppy? Sophie: Stop. Let me talk and explain what you really saw when you came to visit. I promise nothing happened. Anna: You have 5 minutes. Sophie: Okay. Right, so basically Poppy had broke up with her boyfriend that night when you came over. We had a few drinks and Poppy and i were cuddling on the sofa, just like friends do when they are out of it, and her ex boyfriend showed up and she wanted to make him jealous so she kissed me once. And i promise you it was nothing more than that. Her ex left after that and i left 5 minutes later. Anna: But you looked so happy with her. Sophie: Anna i was drunk, when i'm drunk i get all giggly. She's my bestfriend, i have no feelings whatsoever for her. You know me, i've never felt as happy as i am when i'm with you. Anna: Look, i'm sorry. I guess i just jumped to conclusions and i know i shouldn't of done it. I've just been cheated on in the past and my trust issues just kicked in. I'm so sorry Soph. Sophie: Hey, it's okay. I understand your feelings. I'm sorry that i made you feel that way and made you feel like you couldn't trust me. I'm trying my best for you i promise.
Anna leans in for a hug and i hug her back. We stay in that position for around 10 minutes until we here "Lovebirds" being shouted behind us. We turn around to see Lotte, Leah and Jordan all there with their cameras out. I look at Anna and we both turned red. I pecked Anna's lips and we started to make our way to the car.
