3rd POV

Guards charge at them from all sides as Hughes' voice fades from their inside of their minds. The group forms a circle in the middle of the yard.

Amelia is the first to attack as two guards pounce at her at the same time. She forces them backwards with telekinesis and they topple back onto two other guards by impact.

"Sorry guys! It might get a little wet." Teddy announces as rain pelts down above them.

A strike of lightning crashes to the ground and knocks a few guards off their feet. More guards come after her one by one as she uses a combination of throwing knives and lighting strikes.

To the right of her Corbyn pulls up the ground from underneath the attackers' feet and punches a single guard, knocking him back multiple feet from his gauntlets power, the guard takes another three with him as they hit the ground.

Jonah grabs onto on big guard by his vest and throws him like a sack of flour onto another two in pursuit while Dakota uses her ice sword and shield to immobilize the charging guards.

Lou and Daniel take flight. Lou uses her hallucinations to make multiple guards fight one other and Daniel swoops down blinding a few and knocking them off their feet.

Amelia and Sage take on another group of guards. Amelia uses her lighter to create waves of flames to fight them of as Sage speeds across the yard with her arms out, knocking them out from high speed she is running. When a few guards latch onto her she quickly changes her trajectory and uses the momentum of her speed, pushing up from the ground instead and using flight to spin up into the air, flinging the guards off of her.

Jack's POV

They are coming from all over.

In a split second of me not being attacked I can see my friends fight and their neon glowing eyes as they take out the guards.

A big muscular guard comes to tower over me now. A big smirk paints over his square-set face. A low growl passes his lips as he lurches forward to attack me.

I barely dodge a fist to the face and teleport behind him kicking him forward. He stumbles a few feet but not the way I wanted.

"Geesh, you are huge. How'd I get stuck with you big guy?" I mutter.

He only answers with a grunt.

I teleport above him and land on his shoulders and trying to use my momentum to make both of us fall backward. Obviously harder than I thought seeing as he is double my size.

"Need some help?" Jonah shouts over to me.

"Yeah that would be great right about now!" I laugh.

I hold the big man down with all of my strength as Jonah comes up and punches the man right in the nose. He stumbles back and I teleport to his side punching him in the ribs and then to his other side and punch his temple. Then, Jonah finishes him off by kicking him to the ground.

"Teamwork makes the dreamwork." I give Jonah a fist bump.

"Hell yeah man." Jonah exclaims.

"Behind you!" I shout to him as I throw my boomerang. It zips through the air barely grazing his ear as it makes impact with guard a few feet behind him.

"Thanks." Jonah mutters.

We both continue to take out our surrounding attackers when we hear a scream.
