One could say you had a thing for the mustache. Well, Pedro's mustache. Ok, fine, Pedro in general. He's just...he's so amazing! You've been on the set for Mandalorian for about a year now and every day you film it's like someone's pushing you both closer and closer together. It all started out with just a 'chemistry reading'. You knew who Pedro was, you knew he was cool, and handsome, but then you walked into that small room and I nearly lost your crap. Pedro was hoooooot. Gorgeous to the tenth power. He gave you this adorable smile and a dorky little wink and offered his hand. You shook his hand, internally trembling and together sat down to go over the 'script'. Pedro pulled out a pair of very square glasses.

"Reading glasses?" You guessed.

"Eh," Pedro made a face. "Nope."

He slid them on his face and quirked his eyebrow, eyeing you. You swallowed your laughter.

"You look like a dork."

"That's why I wear them!"

You nodded, smiling. "Adorkable."

As the two of you turned toward your scripts on the reading table, you snuck a peek at Pedro and quickly looked away. He was looking at you, out the side of his glasses: His nerdy, cute glasses with those piercing eyes.

The reading went smoothly. Your character, a fugitive, would be taken in by Din Djarin and then offer to help him. The team up was something fans had been wanting since the season 2 finale when Grogu was sent away with Luke. The fans felt Din would be too sad all alone, Pedro, as he shared, agreed. Once the reading was done the most amazing craziest, best thing ever happened!

Pedro Pascal, the one and only, asked you out. Not out out. He just wanted to get to know you better and compliment you on the reading.

"You'll get the part," he promised

"I dunno," you disagreed. "I've never done anything this...big before."

"That's a shame, the other casters must have been blind to turn down this amount of talent."

Pedro's smile warmed your cheeks. You hid your blush best you could for the rest of the evening until you said goodbye. Three days passed. And then, you got the call. Your phone lit up with Pedro's name and you wondered for a second whether it was a prank or not. Your gut said otherwise so you answered it.

Well, a better word would be you accepted the call. Your voice failed you.

"...(Y/N)?"

Oh lord how your heart swooped at Pedro's quiet, uncertain tone.

"Hi!" You exclaimed and cringed. "I mean, hi. I'm, how'd you...how'd you get my number?"

"Oh, sorry, when you went to the bathroom on our...um...outing, I put my number in your phone."

"Ok, cool, it's fine. I was just wondering." You sputtered. "So what's up?"

"I've got great news!"

You're asking me out? Your heart sang.

"You got the part!"
