Chapter 12

* Hey! Gomen, I was reading a lot of stories on wattpad and I never leave a story that is in one of my lists to read.  Also for now this chapter is for Jake's POV only.*

*Jake's POV*

"Alright! Today is Friday! I exclaimed.

I ran down the hall and went in my brother's room.  "It's Friday! Do you know why I'm excited?!" I shouted at him, but I didn't let him answer.

"Because I get to hang out with Cyrus all day!" I shouted and went to Cyrus's room.

"Wake up Cyrus!"I shouted and jumped on her bed.

"Ugh this is the day already?" She asked groggily.

"Yep! Now get out of bed and get dressed!" I shouted and shoved her out of her bed.

"Geez, no need to be pushy." She grumbled and walked to her bathroom to take a shower.

After a few minutes Cyrus came out of her bathroom dressed.  "C'mon! We're gonna skip school today!" I said.  "Ah, just like old times." Cyrus said and dragged me to the kitchen.  "Alright we have to eat first or we might pass-out in the middle of nowhere." She said while getting eggs to cook.  "Scrambled or Sunny-side up?"She asked and got a pan to put on the stove.  "Uh, Scrambled." I said.  When she was done cooking we began to eat and then we were chatting about what places to go to.  "Alright, first we go to the mall. Got it?" Cyrus said and we got in my car.  "Since the mall isn't that far we will be there in about 7 minutes." I said while driving.  After a few minutes passed we got to the mall and parked.

"Now what should we do first?" I asked.

"Well since it's 6:45 not a lot of our favorite stores are open." She said.

"Hm good point. Let's go to the park!" I said and ran to the parking lot.

"Alright, Alright. Don't need to rip my arm out of it's socket." She grumbled.

We arrived at the park and when we were in front of the entrance we started to race towards the swings.

"Thank God it's spring!" She said while we were running to the swings.

"SHIIIIIITTT!!" I yelled while I slipped.

"Hah! Sucker!" I heard Cyrus shout.

I groaned in pain and tried to get up but my hands kept slipping on the puddle of water under me.

"Well I'm not helping you." Cyrus said and began to swing while standing on the seat.

After awhile I finally got up and heard a bush rattle a bit.  "Hey! If you're the one who made this puddle get out!" I yelled while pointing at the bush.  Me and Cyrus heard a noise from the bush again and headed toward it.  When we looked behind the bush we instantly got hit in the faces with water balloons. When we wiped our eyes we saw that the boy was gone.  I turned to look at Cyrus and I saw that she was really angry and rage was practically radiating off her.  "Damn it I'll kill you midget!" She yelled and ran to where we noticed the kid hiding.  And after chasing the kid for like 2 hours she had to stop while the kid was still running.  "Jesus, does that kid have fuckin' infinite energy?!" She yelled frustrated.  "Oh wow, I chased him all the way to the running-track?" I heard her ask herself.

I realized the boy stopped and was looking at Cyrus.

"Since you'ew really tired want to go to the mall?" I asked her.

"Hell yeah." She said and got up.

"Oh and ask the kid." I said and smirked.

"Ugh! Why?" She asked.
