I blankly wiped my face free of my salty tears as the scene disappeared. Once again I heard that same voice. The voice that helped me forget everytime. I smiled as I looked at the man. "Do you want to forget?" I nod. "You know the price, right?" Once again, I nod. I welcomed the burning sensation in my eyes. It was like I was being set free from my silent pain. Then, I was gone. Not completely though. My body still there but my conciousness gone. Replaced. The spirit controlling my body smiled and opened my eyes, they were a beautiful but malicious light purple.

*Cyrus's POV*
I sat up in my bed, half asleep. So, I stretched my arms above my head and after strecthing I climbed out of my bed and walked to my slightly worn out dresser. I walked out of my room with a towel hanging over my arm and walked to the showers. Luckily, the showers are always clean since not many people are admitted to this ward. I quickly took a shower and wrapped my towel around myself and left my damp hair flow down my back. I walked back to my room and took undergarments and a pair of clean clothes. I wore the white long-sleeve shirt under a blue vest and plain blue jeans. Although, I had to wear flats since the staff don't allow heels of any size.
After I got done dressing up, I sat on my unmade bed. I breathed out a sigh and dried my hair with my towel. When I finished, I rethought about the dream I have always had. My vision was getting more blurry by the second, I quickly rubbed away the gathering tears and stood up. I walked up to the door and reached out to the doorknob but I retracted my arm back to my side. I felt a shock jolt up my body and to my head, it hurts.
I crumpled to the floor, cringing in pain, I felt like crying out but it was like I was being choked. I struggled to crawl towards the button to call for help. I failed. The pain traveled all the way to my eyes, it felt like lava was being poured all over my eyes. The last thing I saw was a ghost-like figure waving at me. Mockingly, I suppose...
*Heth's POV*
I shoved off my blanket and got off my bed to get to the showers I was shown when I first came here. I flung a white towel over my shoulder and walked to the showers after I got out of my room. I greeted the male staff who was sitting on a plastic chair reading a book that barely had a cover anymore.
'Must have had the book for a while.' I thought.
After I took a long, refreshing shower, I wrapped the towel around my waist and walked back to my room. I changed into a new pair of briefs and got out a plaid black and green shirt and tugged on some black jeans. I attatched suspenders to my jean's hem but I let the straps hand down to my legs. When I walked out of my room, I suddenly heard a muffled, but loud enough that I could hear, a scream. Or a raspy yell. I slightly ran towards the room where the scream came from, and I arrived at the room with the ghost white door and I twisted my wrist while gripping the doorknob so I could open the door. The iron door creaked as I opened it little by little. I squinted trying to see what had caused the scream but I had to wait a little for my vision to adjust to the darkness.
Finally, after a few painful seconds I could see something or someone on the floor. I kneeled down on the floor and shook the figure by what I had presumed the shoulder. A twitch. Nudge. Another twitch. Stronger nudge. This time a groan, a movement, then a final groan. I realized it was Cyrus that was laying on the floor.
She blinked her eyes open, but I stood up in shock and slowly shuffled away. I saw her eyes, the girl I am looking at is not Cyrus. Something about her, didn't feel right. Especially because she looked like the real Cyrus. I stared as she got up and stretched. Her head turned to my direction and stared at me. The look in her eyes didn't seem normal because her eyes glowed with malicious intent buried in her eyes. I moved away and my back touched the door. I opened the door and quickly jogged back to my room. I ran a hand down my face in confusion and I felt myself slide down my room's door. I sighed and realized I couldn't get rid of the image of her eyes.
