i think it is obvious who won. luke duh. it was the next day and i was at the studio with harris and katie along with some dude from the label who was checking out what we were working on
harris approved the songs and showed me a song he wrote called happier. i loved it. he also finished the instrumental for good 4 u so we planned on working on it today.
while he got everything ready i changed up some lyrics in happier that i felt worked better. i liked it more before getting into the booth and putting my hair up.
i was wearing shorts and lukes hoodie. i decided to look at my phone and saw luke texted me a few minutes ago

i put my phone down after turning it off. i put the headset on and adjusted the mic. i saw michael the record label person talking to harris about something
"kayla you are on in 10" he said. the timer ticked in my ears before the music started

i was getting ready for luke to come over. i was in the shower, shaving everything just in case you know...
i washed my hair the night before so i didn't worry about doing that. as i got out and dried off, i tried to figure out what to wear. i decided on leggings and a sweater.
it was cold in my apartment for no reason. i washed my face then did a small amount of makeup just to cover pimples and not look dead inside and out.
i went into my room and made my bed and made it all look better. i made sure everything looked put together before telling luke he could come over whenever
it was about seven and i have only been home for an hour so i was tired. i sat on my couch and lola laid next to me. i sat on instagram just scrolling

i turned my phone off and heard someone knock. i went to it and opened it revealing luke. i opened the door wider for him
"come on in" i said and he walked in. i closed the door behind him.
"you look cute" he said as he looked down at me. i smiled.
"thank you, you look cute too"
i sat down on the couch and he followed me. he sat right next to me and lola ran up to him. i turned on the tv and opened netflix.
"you know i was thinking" he started. i looked up at him.
"what where you thinking?" i asked
"we should go on a real date. not a discord date" i nodded at his proposal and he kissed my forehead. i leaned my head into his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around me
"what do you want to watch?" i asked.
"trailer park boys" he said, i looked up with a giddy smile. i turned it on and cuddled back into his side.
after awhile i got cold and stood up
"where you going?" luke asked
"i'm cold. we can go watch in my room"
he turned off the tv and stood up with me. i led him to my room before i laid underneath the covers. he followed and wrapped his arms around my waist.
i turned on my tv then turned on trailer park boys. i cuddled into punz and he held my close. his hand rubbed up and down my back as the other stayed on my waist
"is this okay?" he asked and i nodded. i felt perfectly warm in his arms.
every time he would laugh i felt his chest vibrate a little. it brought a smile to my face. i put my leg over his a laid more into him.
