I leave with Howard and we begin to make our way to our planned experimenting lab.

"I still think this a bad idea" I say worried. My eyes are slightly widened and my mouth slightly gaped open. "You'll be fine!" He says wrapping me into a hug. I give in and hug him back.

"Come on, let's go" he says as we walk into a store. Behind the store is where we built our lab, unknowing to the SHIELD base in New Jersey.

But Howard, he's my big brother. He tries his best to take care of me. After mother and father died, Howard took over the role as a parent but still wanted to be my brother.

People saw us to be similar. Our black hair. His hair is black and flips onto his forehead perfectly, while mine, it's long, really long actually, I keep it straight and it's always soft. Our bone structure is quite similar, we both have similar features. Which is why people mistake us for twins.

Anyways:

We walk through the security, until we reach the experiment lab. "Abraham!!" I yell happily! I wave hand. "ERSKINE!!" I chuckle. He turns around. "JESSIE!" he chuckles. I run down the stairs and towards him. I hug him. "How are you?" I ask. "Yeah I'm good, just need to find someone to be our super soldier, and Howard said you, well it's obvious! You're the best for...well everything!" He explains.

I roll my eyes. "Yeah but we're still finding another candidate! I'll help tomorrow okay" he nods at me. "My oh my! Jessie Stark?" That British accent. I spin on my heals with a huge smile. "My oh my! Peggy Carter!" I mimic her accent. "How are you dear" I still mimic while doing a 'curtsy'. "Oh stop it will you." She giggles.

Okay, Peggy! Me and Peggy have been friends for so long. She moved to America from England and joined SHIELD. Well, since I run SHIELD, we became best friends. She's the best.

"How is James?" She asks. "Well he's joined the army, and he leaves for England tomorrow" I sigh picking at my finger. I do that when I'm scared or nervous. Peggy calmly grabs my hands, "it's going to be okay. You and I both have seen him train. His strong! He'll be okay" she says calming me down. I nod.

"Jess, we're almost ready okay" Howard says. I nod. I walk over to Howard and lean against the table. "We did this together" he smiles placing a hand on mine. I smile back him. "We'll mainly you" he says chuckling. I roll my eyes.

"We're ready" Erskine announces. "Okay Jess you need to remove your shirt" He says. I nod. "Wow Erskine, she's married" Howard chuckles while writing down information. We all laugh.

I remove my shirt to reveal my sports bra and I walk to the 'bed'. I quickly turn around. "Peggy!" She turns around. "Sit up there" she nods at me and leaves to go to the booth. I smile and climb inside the contraption. I look up at Abraham I roll my eyes. "I can't believe I'm doing this." He chuckles at my comment.

"Okay penicillin is in" he says. "Really? Huh?" I say confused. The pads are out onto my chest. Then it moves. It moves to stand vertically. The door closes and I sigh deeply. Needles enter my body, but I don't flinch. I can barley feel it.

"Jessie?" I hear Howard panic. He can't hear me scream. It doesn't hurt. "Yeah?" I announce. "Are you okay?" He asks. "Yeah, I'm fine. It's on 30 clearly." It all goes silent.

"Jess, it's on 90. You should be screaming for your life. It should be feeling as it's ripping you apart" I hear the panic in his voice. "Really? Oh! Ahhhh" I pretend. "Can I have a sandwich when I'm finished?" I ask. Howard bursts into laughter. The light begins to blind me.

I hear electrical sparks, then the door opens. Howard runs to me, then Peggy follows behind. "How do you feel?" Howard asks holding me up. My legs felt like jelly, even though I couldn't feel it. I want out of breath. "Taller? Definitely stronger!" I say. I clench my hand as it ached. "I need a sandwich" I say. Peggy chuckles.

But I Avery my gaze towards the control pads. "Howie! You better have that fixed by the time we find a candidate!" I grab my shirt and throw it over my head and down my body. I begin to walk away. "Don't forget the Science festival we're hosting tonight! Don't make me kill you if you forget! I could easily kill you before, I definitely can easily kill you now!" I shout down and walking out of the room.

I love this family.

I get into my car and begin to drive home. It takes about 20 minutes and I pull up outside mine and Bucky's house. I grab my key and my bag.

I walk down the drive way and enter the house. "Darling! I'm home!" Bucky runs in and sees me. A broad smile on his face. "Wow! I didn't think you could get any more perfect!" He comes and hugs me. I was only just taller than him.

"I would've killed him if he ruined my hair" I chuckle. "I don't doubt that" Bucky chuckles along with me.
