Chapter 28 - Blake

I can see it in her eyes that she is still hesitant. I can't blame her though. Riley will see soon enough that I mean it, she is not going to lose me again. I cup my hands on her face and look into her piercing green eyes.

Please believe me

"I will always be here for you Ry. I..."

But of course we get interrupted yet again.

"If you don't want Sam to catch you again. You just might want to not look like you are going to devour my bestie."

Ry blushes and tries to hop off the counter but stumbles right into my arms.

"I'll always catch you Ry."

"It seems like it's become a habit since you've been back."

"I meant what I said wildfire."

I see she wants to believe me but she shakes her head and steps away from me and walks into the living room. Lendze puts a hand on my shoulder and I look over at her.

"Give her time Blake. She will come around."

"I'll wait for her as long as I have to."

"I hope so Blake because you nearly destroyed her the first time. I love you Blake but if you hurt my girl again... let's just say you will have to find another way to pee. Because you won't have a dick anymore."

I gulp hard because I believe her when she says it.

"You have nothing to worry about Lendz. I'm glad she had you."

"She only had me for awhile until your stubborn ass sister  decided to talk to her again "

I run my hands through my hair. "I fucked up big time."

She pats me on the shoulder again. "We all do from time to time Blakie boy." She gives me a wink and I can't help but chuckle. "Just learn from your mistakes." With that she walks out and leaves me alone with my thoughts.

"Fuck"

I thought I was doing the right think at the time. I thought leaving would get me over her but I never did. How can you forget someone you have been in love with forever? I walk into the living room to see the girls laughing. I look at my watch and see it's already six.

"Sam if you don't hurry up we are leaving without you!" I yell up the stairs.

Ry gives me a knowing look. "You should be used to her being late by now."

"Well I was hoping after four years she would be punctual."

"Ya we should have said five then she would be ready by now!" I yell the last part so hopefully my sister hears. The girls laugh and shake their heads.

"Highly unlikely Blakie poo."

"Come on Lendz don't call me that." Ry giggles. Okay Lendze can call me that all she wants if I see that smile all the time 

I feel my phone vibrate in my back pocket and see a group chat from the boys.

Chase: you bro what's up?

Scott: You home yet?

Me: Ya I'm home. Heading to a club with the girls.

Scott: Oh shit! Is Lendze going?
