Naka sighed as he leaned back in his chair. The training was killing him. Studying wasn't great either.

"Come on Uzu, you need to study." Akiko scowled as Uzu waved her off.

"You don't need to study if you pay attention in class," Uzu answered with a disinterested expression.

"Uzu, you are 16th in the class, you are three idiots away from failing." Akiko jabbed at Mina and Kaminari who gaped in offence. Akiko shook her head, an idea popping up. "Say Yaoyorozu, mind if we study together? You're really smart and I'm struggling a bit with my English."

Yaoyorozu's eyes widened as Mina and Kaminari joined in. Jiro held up her book asking for help in maths while Ojiro and Sero nodded with their own pleas.

Excitedly, Yaoyorozu accepted them all, muttering to herself about what she should do.

Akiko watched Uzu out of the corner of her eye as he jumped up. "Can I come too?"

"I knew that would work," Akiko smirked in victory as Kirishima- and consequently Naka- asked Bakugo for help. "I'm surrounded by simps."

"Oh, you have no idea mon ami."

Akiko yelped at Aoyama's intrusive voice. "Don't do that to me! Wait, who else is a simp?"

Aoyama glanced around the classroom. "Nakashima, Uzu, Uraraka, Midoriya, Todoroki and Jiro."

Akiko hummed for a second. "I see it. How much you are willing to bet by the end of this year, none of them has actually confessed."

"We can wait five years and they'll still be single simps wondering if they should confess."

"Ha, I'll take that bet. If they confess within five years I win."

"You're on."

~~~
Akiko stood frozen in front of the massive mansion. "Wow, who knew Yaoyorozu was rich?"
The others were equally in shock as the gate opened. They were ushered into a large hall with a large wooden table in the centre.
Clanging announced Yaoyorozu as she pushed the trolley into the room. She was really excited.
Akiko tried to suppress her judgement as Uzu muttered under his breath. "She's an angel."
"I swear Uzu, if you do not revise, I'll let Dante and Gael know where you live," Akiko threatened, confusing Uzu.
"Huh? Who's Danty and Jael?"
Akiko didn't answer as Yaoyorozu's study session started.
~~~

Clicking her back satisfactory, Akiko smiled. She still had ten minutes before the exam finished. She glanced around the room, looking at the various faces that ranged from stressed or bewildered to confident or bored.

Reading her answers one more time, Akiko waited for the test to finish. The second they were collected- and they had left- the class erupted in noise, students relieved the experience was over.

"How'd you find that?" Akiko tilted her head as Naka sighed. Uzu wasn't anywhere to be seen, taking his extra time to finish the exam.

"What on Earth was that last question?!"

Akiko chuckled. "It's just angles in a circle. You should have known that OBD was a right angle and OB is 6cm along with OC and they both were both radii. Then you can work out BD is 12 because AB can be split by the ratio 4:3 giving you a triangle with two sides and a right angle meaning OD is..." Akiko paused, bringing out her calculator to check her memory. "6√5 or 13.416 to three significant figures."

Naka blinked before cheering. "I got it right!"

"Assuming I remembered all the figures correctly."

"I'm sure you did. Maths is one of the things you can actually do."

"Hey! I can say that you can't." Akiko smirked before standing up. "Ready for the practical?"

"More ready than I was for the maths test." Naka jumped up, hearing a faint echo as Mina and Kaminari cheered.

As Naka got changed, Uzu burst through the door. Naka glared at Uzu who went to Sero's side. Sero whispered something to Uzu who nodded and whispered back.

Naka wasn't sure when those two became close but he was sure Sero gave Uzu something... Was Sero giving Uzu drugs?! No. Akiko would have noticed that and put a stop to it. Naka shook his head, trying not to care. He was angry at Uzu! He didn't care! He has an exam to win!

~~~
Everyone stood in front of the fake city, almost all the teachers present. Mina and Kaminari were cheering about having to fight robots when Nezu appeared out of Aizawa's scarf. The mouse-bear thing climbed down Aizawa- using the scarf to help before standing in front of the class.
Turns out they weren't fighting robots, they had to go against their teachers. All the heroes wore heavy bracelets that were meant to slow them down.
Sadly, as it was still a test- and Aizawa made it- they were paired up to be at a disadvantage. Whether it be by Quirk, personality or fighting style, the groups were specially chosen to make the students struggle.
Naka was teamed with Hagakure meant to be fighting Snipe while Uzu and Shoji were meant to fight Vlad Kind. Kaminari and Sero had to deal with Midnight and Akiko and Mina had Nezu.
When the lecture was over, they all went off to plan, quickly working out why they were teamed together.
Every time Naka's clone blew up, it would expose Hagakure, making it difficult to come up with a plan with both their Quirks.
Both Uzu and Shoji's Quirks were incredibly similar and neither were going to be useful against Vlad.
As for Akiko, the girl was finding Mina's lack of realistic ideas frustrating. The bubbly girl was too loud and energetic for the introvert.
~~~

Kaminari ducked behind a rock. Sero kept his helmet locked while they looked out for Midnight. Neither had seen her yet and they had a feeling she was guarding the exit.

Kaminari let out a relieved sigh as he spotted the exit with no Midnight insight. He dashed out, getting halfway across the distance when Sero's tape wrapped around him and pulled him back, barely missing Midnight's whip.

"You're leaving so soon." Midnight smirked as she stood up. Her eyes flickered between the students calculating her next move.

Sero glanced at Kaminari who looked lost before spinning. Since Kaminari was still attached to Sero's tap, the electric idiot went soaring through the sky, landing by the exit.

"You've left yourself open." Midnight placed her hands on Sero's helmet, letting her Quirk fill the air and into Sero's lungs as he collapsed.

Kaminari skidded to a halt, seeing Sero. "Hold on Hanta! I'm coming!"

Midnight scoffed as Kaminari forgot to cover his mouth and fell over metres from her. "This is a little sad," she said as the robot carriers lifted Sero and Kaminari up- taking them away.
