Naka smiled to himself as he walked to school. He was in a good mood. He passed the exam with flying colours and even though Kirishima didn’t he was still allowed to come to the training camp. Naka could not wait!
When Naka burst through the door, Uzu was already waiting. With every day that passed, Uzu’s strange behaviour grew less strange. That didn’t mean Naka had forgiven him, just that he was used to Uzu arriving early.
Spotting Kirishima, Naka went to him. Naka usually tried to talk to Uzu and Akiko in the morning but he was mad at Uzu and Akiko kept arriving later and later. It was a little weird and Naka would be worried if he didn’t see her every morning training on the beach.
Only a few minutes before the bell rang did Akiko finally stroll through the door and layout on her table with a satisfied smile.
Naka wondered for a moment if Akiko might have a new training partner. After all, she had stopped dragging Uzu and him around for training. Don’t get Naka wrong, it was amazing, he was just curious. Oh well, he’ll ask later. It wasn’t like Akiko ever hid anything from him. She would answer if he asked her.

The chatter echoed around the bus. Akiko tried to drown them out with her headphones leaning against the window. Her mind played scenes, entertaining her during the trip. She got to watch quite an interesting one this time. One with lots of fire and only with six deaths. Considering how long it's been playing and the music she was listening to, that was surprisingly few.
Naka was being loud. He was shouting at Kirishima, absolutely pumped to go to the training camp.
Uzu was quieter but still chatting to Jiro and Yaoyorozu. Uzu was still upset that he had failed the exam but at least he got to go.
Aizawa sighed as he tried to tell the class they were arriving. Of course, not a single one listened. He was just wasting his breath.
Pulling the bus to the side of the road. Aizawa ordered everyone off. Naka jumped off the bus with Uzu walking behind him. Akiko yawned, stretching her arms behind her head and clicking out her back. She let her headphones land around her neck, not bothering to turn off the music just yet.
She glanced out, smiling at the forest that covered the horizon. It looked really peaceful. Why did people have to taint it? The wild, wild, pussycats shouted at the side, catching the attention of Midoriya and Uraraka. Akiko swore she soar sparkles in their eyes.
Strangely, Uzu did seem to know his stuff. He was pointing out facts to Midoriya who was nodding excitedly. Naka snickered a little at the slightly disturbed expression on Pixie’s face. Akiko glanced at him with a smug look, clearly saying ‘I told you so’ causing his look to turn sour and him to look away.
The class didn’t have any time to react as Pixie Bob knelt down and touched the floor. The mud started to move, throwing the kids off the cliff.
In an instant, Uzu’s wings had snapped open as he caught Yaoyorozu and Jiro. Akiko planted her feet in the cliffside, punching it and spreading her vines far inside. She reached out her other hand, trying to catch everyone she could. Those she didn’t reach in time, were caught by someone else, creating a long chain of students.
“Ow, ow, ow. I never realised how spiky your vines are,” Mina complained, wiggling in Akiko’s grip.
Akiko scowled. “Would you rather be a pizza cause I can arrange that?” Mina paled, shaking her head fearfully. “That’s what I thought.” Lowering the class to the floor, Akiko detangled her vines and jumped down herself. “Now what?” Akiko glanced at Uzu who took a deep breath and launched into the sky.
