Chapter 2

***Chapter Two***

****Georgina's POV****

This week has been really hard work I have been practising for about 4 hours everyday and I am glad to say it went great.

I am about to go on stage in about 5 minutes and I am really nervous, its just I have made it so far and I am scared I will get knocked out. No think positive....positive.

"And now the girl we all love, Georgina" the presenter said.

I took a deep breath and walked onto the stage slowly but confedently, I dont like to show that I am nervous.

I am wearing a long black dress thats made out of silk, it is really flowly at the bottom, but hugs my chest and stomach showing my thin figure, with it I am wearing a necklace with a dimond heart and matching earings, my dirty blonde hair is up in a loose bun to show my golden brown eyes with curled pieces of hair at either side of my face and i have black heels that are not too high. I have a slight touch of foundation on, some mascara and really light blue eye shadow to match my hair tie.

I walk to the centre of the stage as everyone cheers, Ivsit inside a egg shaped chair with a pillow in the middle, the music started to play and as I start to sing the egg lifts up into the air. When I am up quite high a woman walks out from the left and a man from the right, they start to slow dance.

Basically their are two people slow daning, I am in an egg, singing, weird I know. It was'nt my idea it was the stage directors, even though its wierd I must say it looks pretty good from up here.

My favorite part in the song is coming up.

"I know you've never loved the sound of you voice on tape you never want... to know much you weigh, you still have to squeeze into your jeans, but your perfect to me.." I sang gently whilst smiling. God I love that part.

When the music stoped everyone cheered, they dancers walked of stage whilst the egg slowly went toward the ground, when I reached the ground I stepped out and walked toward the microphone stand, I placed the microphone in the slot and stood their.

"That was absolutly amazing, as always you have impressed me, this song fits your voice perfectly, and I think everyone agrees. You have worked very hard this past week and I am glad to say it was worth it, and you look stunning" Simon said, the crowd cheered very loudly.

I blushed and smiled. Simon is my mentor, he has all the young teens. He is soo nice and I am glad to say he is my mentor.

"It was a very good performance alothough I thought that last weeks performance was better, but it was good, I just think it is too low for your voice." a thick irish accent said as the crowd booed.

I find it very difficult to impress Louis, but I let in a smile as the crowd booed him.

"I totally agree" Cheryl said.

The crowed booed and my smile turned up side down.

"Hold on, let me finish. I totally agree with Simon, that was a great performance, you voice fits it perfectly and you sounded great" Cheryl said.

Everyone cheered and I smiled.

The presenter walked over to me.

"Do you have anything to say?" He asked me whilst giving Louis the evil eye.

"I just want to say thank you for all the support, I would not be here if it was'nt for all my fans, and thank you Simon, you have been a great help, you have helped me every inch of the way. So thank you everyone" I gently said.

The crowd whent wild and applauded me. Finally it quieted down.

"To vote for Georgina text 08 or call 063537498" the presenter announced.

"Thank you and I wish you good luck" he said

"Thank you" I said then slowly walked of stage waving and making the 'call me signal'.

Well... thank went ok.. I guess. I just hope I get through.....
