Chapter 24

"Pop quiz, hope you all read the pages I assigned." My teacher history teacher says.

"Oh crap! I didn't read the pages!" I look over to Marlene and Uriah.

"Who actually reads them, no one!" Uri points out.

"That's true." Marlene says.

Silence filled the room as we took the quiz. It was a pretty stupid quiz to be honest.

"If you finish early you can leave early." The teacher says.

Suddenly everyone in the class was getting up to hand it in, we all wanted to leave early.

A couple minuets later Mar, Uriah and I walked outside the class and chilled together before Drama.

"How are the two love birds?" I asked Uriah and Marlene.

He had his arm around her and her head was on his shoulder.

"Couldn't be better." They smiled at each other and kissed, just a peck though.

"I wish my relationship was still stable." I grunt. "I can't stand Savannah! She's so nice, but I don't like her! It's so annoying."

"She is little miss perfect isn't she? I feel you though, she is so nice it pisses me off. Everyone let's her of the hook because shes known for her kindness!" Marlene says then rolls her eyes.

"What's worst is that Four barley talks to me now. I don't even know if we're dating. It's also bad because I have to watch them 'fall in love' during drama!"

"Why don't we just skip drama and hang out at my dorm?" Uriah says.

"That would be great but it's so hard to skip when you're at boarding school." I say.

"Who cares, Miss Wu is so chill, and Lynn does it everyday! When do you ever see her at drama?" Uriah says.

Oh yeah, Lynn is supposed to be on crew.

"I know what she does, she told me all about her way of getting out of drama . Firstly she shows up for attendance and she knows this way out of the theatre in the props room. And that leads to the cafeteria where it's very busy and no one notices her sneaking out. What a mastermind." Marlene says.

"Thats a good plan, and they never rehearse our scenes, so we'll be fine!" Uriah says.

The bell rings and we decided to follow Lynn's plan. We see her in the theatre waiting for attendance.

"Lynn, we're sneaking out with you today. We do not want to do drama right now. "

"Welcome to the dark side my friends. " She says with a smirk.

After attendance, Lynn says to follow her. We go backstage into the props room.

"Where is it?"Uriah says childishly!

"Oh can it Uri, its right here." Lynn says as she pulls back a curtain and theres a door.

"Awesome!" Marlene says.

"I know" She says smiling.

She opens the door and it takes us to janitor's closet which then takes us to a cafeteria hallway.

"You're a genius Lynn!" I tell her.

"You're welcome. So my place? I finally got my netflix to work on my tv!"

"Let's go!" Uriah says linking our arms.

We happily head to Marlene and Lynn's dorm. The first thing Uriah asks is, "You got any food?"

Lynn pulls out some muffins from her pantry.

"I bet I could shoot this off your head Marlene." Uriah exclaims.

"I bet you can't." She fires back.

"Neither of going to be right. I baked these yesterday. You're not wasting them!!" Lynn shouts above the bickering Uriah and Marlene.

After 75 minuets of watching Netflix we go downstairs for lunch.

As I get to the cafeteria Four pulls me aside.

"Hey Tris I wanted to talk to you during drama where were you?" He asks with his arms on my shoulders.

"Crew stuff, you cast wouldn't understand." I say very blandly as I look down.

"Well, I know I haven't been around lately and I haven't been a good boyfriend, and I want to make that up to you."

"You can say that again, and how will you make it up? Hmmm?"

"A really romantic date this weekend. But you'll have to go back to your house. Saturday night pick you up at 7:00" He says smiling.

"Fine only because I 'm free." I say and walk away.
