Chapter 7

When we arrive to the pit we all tie. Will was complaining the whole time about how fast Christina would break and how bad of driver she was. Which was really true. We hop out of our cars and Christina and Will are bickering .

"Well, it's not my fault I almost had whiplash!" Will says

"It isn't mine either!" Chris says walking in front of him.

"You're the one who doesn't know how to break." Will says.

Christina ignores him. They literally do this all the time and make up 2 seconds later.

We walk into the pit like what up I want some dauntless cake. Joking, but I really do want some dauntless cake. I look around and find Lynn sitting with a crowd.

"C'mon guys I found Lynn." I say and my friends follow me. We walk to Lynn and the closer we get the louder the laughing is. Lynn is sitting with the populars.

"Hey guys!" Marlene says.

Their group looks at us.

"Hi!" Shauna and Lynn say.

I smile.

"Why'd you bring the buzzkill?" Four says glaring at me.

"I thought you said it was just your sister coming." Zeke says.

"No, I told you that she would bring her friends." Shauna.

"Whatever. As long as she stays away." Lauren says eyeballing me.

Wow because I totally feel welcome now!! .-.

Lynn gets up from where she's sitting and leads us to another table not to far away.

"Sorry about that, you know them!" Lynn says sheepishly.

"It's all good. They hate me so it really doesn't matter." I smile.

"Well who cares I really need some dauntless cake" Christina says.

A waitress dressed in black comes toward us.

"Hi what can I get you guys?" she says

"Can I have..." I say counting how many people are at the table. "5 dauntless cakes please"

"Coming right up!" She says.

We drive back to Lynn's house to get ready. It sucks that  Shauna had to bring friends. It doesn't really matter, my friends and I just head upstairs while Shauna and her friends head downstairs. Christina isn't upstairs because she needs to get her makeup and clothes.

"Okay everyone I have my stuff!" Christina says as she rolls in with a black makeup box and a pink luggage bag.

"Wow,Christina, we're going on a road trip!" Lynn says.

"Well, if we were, Christina you're not driving!" Will says.

Christina rolls her eyes.

"Yeah but this is a party, a senior party!" Christina says making a big deal over nothing. " There will be so many people coming! And may I repeat it's a sen..." She says before getting cut off.

"Yes, we get it, it's a senior party!" Marlene says.

"Whatever! what did you guys bring?" Christina asks.

I hold up my dress. It's a red skater dress with lace. I also brought my red converse to match.

"I brought this" Marlene says then holds up a black knee length skirt, with a pink racer-back blouse.

"You said you would bring me something. "Lynn says.

"Okay Tris, I love your dress!! But I want to do your makeup. I have the PERFECT look in mind!"Christina sequels. She then turns to Marlene. "Your dress is gorgeous and Lynn I did bring you a dress something" Chris walks over to her huge pink suitcase and rumages through it for awhile until she finds what shes looking for. She finally pulls out a black dress with studs on the waist line.

"I love it! I could stab someone with it" Lynn says

"I know that's why I got it!" Christina says happily. "Now we need to get ready!"

After 45 minuets  or so we finished getting ready. Christina curled my hair, not super curled but like wavy. She also did my makeup, it's not much which is good, all she did was add eyeliner and mascara with some red lipstick. All the other girls look so pretty. Marlene is wear black heels and Lynn has some high heeled sneakers with studs. Christina is wearing a blue and black dress with pumps.

"Ready?" Christina says.

"Oh yeah!" We all respond back. The girls and I walk downstairs. Will went downstairs because he didn't want to hang out with us upstairs. A few people are already here.

When I get down I see quite a lot of people and they just started to play music. Shauna's house is huge so it fits a lot of people.

"So what do you gu-" I say before I stop talking realizing my friends are not behind me anymore. Well this is awkward. What do you do at these parties just dance? I finally decide to wonder around. I see a few couples kissing in coners. It's about 7:00.

"Okay everyone!! Are you guys ready to get your party on??" Zeke's voice booms on the speakers.

Everyone screams.

"Alright can we get into groups and play some party games?!" He says

Everyone does as told. As I am walking to a group to find my friends I bump into someone. I hear a shriek and I look back at the person I bumped. All I see is red! I just realized I am DEAD! Literally!
