Draco found himself ducking behind a table alongside the entire Gryffindor Quidditch team as two crazy wizards began cursing him. He was holding his father’s unconscious lover, the Dark Lord’s son and heir in his hands. Dumbledore must have found out they were here somehow and sent his idiots to take out Harry.

What in the name of Merlin did Dumbledore think he would gain from murdering Harry in open like this? It didn’t seem Dumbledore’s style at all whose assassinations were always done in secret leaving no witnesses. Then naturally pinning it on the Dark side but how could he do that here … unless they killed everyone here and pinned the blame on the Dark Lord or Harry.

‘That’s Dedalus Diggle and Sturgis Podmore,’ Twin One said.

‘They’re members of Dumbledore’s Order,’ Twin Two continued.

‘They were there when Dumbledore-‘ continued Twin One.

‘-plotted Harry’s death-‘

‘-they were very vocal for it,’

‘Why? How will that get him Harry’s fortune?’ demanded Spinnet shrilly.

Draco shrugged, ‘I don’t know but I’m sure he has a plan. He always does. We have to get out of here, now!’

Sirius transformed in a heartbeat pulling out his wand, ‘stay down kids. Protego Maximus,’ Sirius enchanted.

Sirius got up whose mere presence seemed to cause more chaos as people began to flee from his presence. Sirius Black incorrectly known as the Dark Lord’s righthand who was almost as feared as the Dark Lord himself. Draco, rolled his eyes couldn’t they see he was on their side?

‘Draco portkey Harry out of here,’ Sirius ordered whilst keeping the Shield Charm up. ‘Everybody else stay back and stay down! Anyone who can Apparate do so and side-along anyone you can with you. Aguamenti.’

Sirius cast as his shield charm failed – not exactly fatal but an easy spell. It left his opponents dripping wet and shivering from head to foot. Shockingly it was a good spell to use as it left the two wizards so cold, they couldn’t correctly incant and apparently had not mastered silent casting. Or the cold distracted them enough that they couldn’t cast back.

‘Anyone left behind make get to the Floo!’ ordered Sirius. ‘Anteoculatia,’ Sirius incanted causing antlers to grow on the younger dark-haired order member’s head.
