one week - haechan

aeri rolls around in her comfortable bed, waking up suddenly due to a sound of a loud thud. As if someone fell.

she waited a few moments, hearing nothing else. She closes her eyes to get some more sleep when suddenly another loud thud was heard.

groaning, she shot her eyes open and stared at the roof. She shuffled over to the side of her bed, standing up on her feet trying to stable her position so she doesn't fall back onto the bed for more sleep.

She walked over towards her set of cupboard, opening it and shoving a hoodie over her head onto her body.

she opens the door and sees haechan laying on the floor, he tries to stand up again but slips and falls back down. Instead of feeling pain and whining he laughs at the feelings instead.

"jeez are you still drunk?"
aeri mutters as she walks past him.

She grabs a glass of water and chugs it down, watching as haechan gives up trying to stand up and he just sits. He looks up at aeri with tired eyes. He pouts and goes to say something when aeri beats him to it.

"don't give me puppy eyes. it's your own fault for getting drunk."
she smiles bluntly at him and leaves the kitchen, going back to her room.

A pang of guilt hit her as she closed the door behind her. she leans against the door and sighs heavily.

He was barley a friend to her yet she still felt like she should care for him because they are roommates, or maybe it's just she didn't want him to break anything.

She sighs and goes to her door again, opening it and looking out to the rest of the dorm. Her eyes landed on the boy, sitting in the same position, holding his head in one hand.

"why did you leave your room while still.. drunk..?"

"I'm not drunk just badly hung over.."
he mutters as he lifts his head up, closing one eye, winking as the light hit his face.

"Can you help me stand up?"
aeri looks at him, staring at him judgingly.

"please..?"
once again he used puppy dog eyes, looking at her as if she was an angel. Aeri knew he was just badly hung over and couldn't see straight.

"please angel?"
aeri bursts out laughing and puts her hand out.

"I can't wait till your fully sober and I get to tell you all of this stuff"

"ha.ha.ha I can't wait either"
he rolls his eyes and takes her hand, pulling himself up as he pulls her down.

"thanks"
he says as he lets go of her and grabs onto the bench. He waddles back to his bedroom and a loud thud of him falling onto his bed echoed through the dorm. Aeri walks to his room and closes his door for him so he could have some privacy. She turned around on her heel, walking back to her room.

"this is going to be an interesting day"
she mumbles to herself with a chuckle following after. They didn't know each other and she had already seen him drunk and saying weird things. Yet again she had also seen his friend like that too.

A few hours passed by as aeri watched some videos of her favourite idols to catch up as she had been to busy recently.

Suddenly the door bell of the apartment bell rings, echoing through the apartment to Aeri's room. She pauses her video and stands up, walking towards the front door.

She swung the door open and was faced with a normal looking renjun, completely different from the night before. He was dressed nicely in a black jacket zipped up over a white shirt, and some blue jeans.
"hey renjun"

Renjun lips raised into a pretty smile, making her fall in awe.

"heyy- aeri? I know your name since haechan told me about you."
renjun says, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. Aeri giggles shortly and gestures him to come into the dorm.

"hmm I guess you don't remember much of last night then?"
renjun tilts his head to the side and looks at her confused. aeri laughs and shouts out loud for haechan.
"haechan, YOUR FRIEND IS HERE!~"

A few whines were heard from haechan's room as the door of his room opens and haechan appears with messy hair and in a loose white t-shirt, the same one he wore the night before at the party, he changed his pants though into some black shorts.

"hey.."
haechan mumbles as he walks to the kitchen and stands over the sink contemplating if he should have some thing to drink or not.

"so aeri, what did we talk about last night?"
renjun asks as he walks into the kitchen too, he leaning over the island bench and looks at aeri who just took a seat at the island bench.
"you took haechan here as he could barley stand, then we introduced ourselves. I told you my name and you said ' beautiful name for a beautiful girl ' "

aeri said, explaining what renjun said to her as renjun's jaw dropped at the last part. He frowns but an embarrassed smile crawled onto his face.

"aish I'm so sorry.. ohh that's embarrassing"
he says as he sucks in breath and lets out a breathy laugh.

"I mean I wasn't wrong.."
renjun said with a genuine smile as he looked into her eyes. haechan walks past the two with a cup of water in his hand. He walks beside renjun, standing next to him and he makes an "eugh" sound.

"get a room you two"
haechan says rolling his eyes cheekily.
