FIVE; Universe Against Me

Someone leans towards Sihmin and whispers in her ears so the others couldn't hear.

"You know you're looking gorgeous. It's too much for my heart to take."

"Stop with the flirting, Jaehyuk. Will you?" Sihmin shakes her head.

"Stop ignoring me, Sihmin. Will you?" Jaehyuk questions back in the same tone.

Sihmin pushes him and rolls her eyes that seem to land on her enemies, the one and only Moons. All of them were standing in a circle, drinking and laughing. Sihmin wasn't liking the sight even a bit so she excuses herself to use the restroom.

She finishes her business and touches up her makeup. Soon the only girl who she didn't want to encounter enters the restroom and scoffs after seeing Sihmin.

"Little princess is hiding here. Pfftt." Nori tries to provoke Sihmin and eyes her from head to toe. Sihmin tries to ignore her but clearly the odds weren't on Nori's side.

"You should stop acting like a slvt, trying to grab every other guy's attention." As soon as these words come out of Nori's mouth, Sihmin's palm comes into contact with Nori's cheek. Nori places her hand on her cheek and stares at Sihmin in disbelief.

"You deserved that, bitvh." Sihmin remarks and makes her way out of the restroom, enraged.

Nori slouches against the wall, caressing her cheek. A curse word leaves her mouth as it was stinging a lot. She quickly dials a number on her phone and places it next to her ear.

"Where are you, Nori? I was looking for you everywhere." The guy on the call asks in concerned tone.

"I need you." Nori's voice cracks as she whispers out these words in hope that he will come to her as soon as possible and comfort her.

Meanwhile Sihmin bumps into someone after exiting the restroom.

"Hey, hey, hey. Slow down there." Jinyoung chuckles while raising his hands to hold Sihmin but the latter dodges. Bae Jinyoung, the former playboy kingka of TIAH and a part of Seunghun's gang.

"Out of my way, Bae." Sihmin glares at him. Jinyoung places his hand on his chest with a smirk.

"I love it when you call me bae." He winks at Sihmin which just irritates the girl more.

Sihmin didn't have any personal problem with him infact they were quite good acquaintances but the girl just wasn't in the mood to play right now. She shakes her head at him and gets away from there after intentionally bumping his shoulder. Soon Sihmin spots Doyoung at the drinks' counter.

"Where are the others?" She questions, sitting beside him.

"Some on the dance floor, some at the buffet table and some already wasted." He reply pointing at their friends one by one.

The only guy who wasn't being seen anywhere was Junkyu. Sihmin furrows her brows and tries to spot him but to her dismay. She begins to feel frustrated without any particular reason.

Maybe it was because of Junkyu's absence or maybe it was because of the fact that her enemies were freely lurking around. At the end, Sihmin decides to get rid of all the uneasiness by drinking.

She downs 4-5 shots in a go and makes her way towards the dance floor under the influence of alcohol. She just shrugs the weird thoughts off and dances the night away without even knowing who she was dancing with.

The Next Day

Throbbing pain spreads through Sihmin's head as soon as she opens her eyes. She holds her head trying to sit up and remember any happenings of the night before but all she could remember was her drinking shots with Doyoung.
