SEVEN; Bitter Truth

Luckily for Sihmin, as soon as she gets out of the crowd she comes face to face with Nori who was rushing towards the board with a face full of horror as if she already knew what was displayed on the board.

Nori tries to pass Sihmin, unaware of her presence but the latter holds Nori's hand tightly and pulls her to the front. Nori's eyes get wide as she sees Sihmin fuming with anger.

"Dear students of TIAH, I would like to bring your attention to the wh*re standing in front of me." As soon as Sihmin announces in a loud voice, the student body falls silent. Nori glares at Sihmin disgusted by the name she called her.

"Sihmin this-" "Quiet. Today I'll speak and the whole institute will listen including you." Sihmin interrupts Nori mid sentence while pointing finger at her.

"Everyone, make sure to hide your boyfriends and friends as this bitvh will be coming after all of them one by one." Sihmin narrows her eyes at Nori. The crowd begins to whisper but stop as soon Nori glares at all of them.

"Enough with your shit, Sihmin. Shut up now." Nori warns Sihmin while the latter only scoffs.

"You don't have the right to shut anyone up. After molesting my best friend, you still have the audacity to order me around. I didn't know you were capable of pulling such a dirty act just to win over me." Sihmin shakes her head as various students agree with her.

After all, the Moons and the Suns never had any type of interaction except for their usual quarrels and now out of nowhere pictures of Nori and Junkyu were displayed on the notice board.

The whole college was surprised and Sihmin was doing her best in turning the situation against Nori. It looked like the odds were also against Nori as all the council members were in a meeting for the preparations of upcoming sports day, so there was no one to stop Sihmin.

"The one who has no right to say anything is you, Lee Sihmin. Whatever happened last night between me and Junkyu is none of your business. Remember you're just a pathetic friend of his, nothing more." Nori taunts Sihmin as gasps fill the air.

Ofcourse all of the students were going to give big reactions and hype the girls up for more. It's not everyday you get to see a heated argument taking place between the queenkas. Nori smirks at the crowd's reaction.

By this point, Sihmin was provoked enough. She raises her hand to shut up the bratty princess of the Moons herself only for her hand to be held in a firm grip by someone and that someone was none other than Sihmin's bestfriend himself.

Junkyu comes in between them still holding Sihmin's hand tightly just like she did with Nori a while ago. The rest of the members of Suns were also standing there a little far from the three centers of attention. Sihmin stares at Junkyu in disbelief.

"What are you doing, Kyu?" Sihmin asks through gritted teeth while Junkyu ignores her question. Sihmin frees her hand out of his grip with a jerk.

"Sihmin, I think you need to calm-" "I need to calm down? What the heck Junkyu? Clearly she needs to get back in her senses." Sihmin cuts Junkyu's sentence.

Junkyu closes his eyes and pinches his nose bridge out of frustration while everyone stares at him with confusion. Yedam comes forward and holds Sihmin by her shoulders.

"Mina, I don't think we can solve the problem like this. How about we all sit down somewhere and talk?" He pleads but Sihmin continues to look at Junkyu with suspicion ignoring her friend's request.

She shrugs Yedam's hands off her shoulders and holds Junkyu's hands instead. The girl just couldn't see anyone else there beside herself, Junkyu and Nori and she was firm to wipe the latter out of the picture today.

"Try to understand Kyu. She's clearly trying to frame you. You don't know, she's such a who-" "Enough, Sihmin." Junkyu yells in anger cutting Sihmin mid sentence as he pulls his hands out of her grip. Sihmin gets startled by his sudden outburst.

Doyoung and Junghwan hurry and stand beside Sihmin protectively afraid that Junkyu might do something out of anger. One thing the Suns as well as the whole TIAH were afraid of was Junkyu's wrath. Junkyu was a patient guy on the normal basis but sometimes he could simply explode without realizing who's in front of him.

The younger ones didn't know who was at fault but the least thing they wanted at the moment was Sihmin getting hurt. Junkyu looks behind him only to see Nori standing there with teary eyes, staring at the ground. He holds Nori's hand causing the girl to look up at him in surprise.

"The one you're calling disgusting names is my girlfriend. Yes, Moon Nori is my freaking girlfriend and all of you have to support me like the good friends you are. If I hear anyone talking shit about us, he'll have to face the consequences." Junkyu warns the whole student body present there including the Suns. 

Once again the air gets filled with gasps. Sihmin shakes her head in denial while biting her lips unable to believe anything. She comes forward towards Junkyu and takes his face in her hands.

"Kyu, you don't have to lie. I know you're forced to say this. This girl must have blackma-" "Lee Sihmin, please stop it. I'm fed up with your shit." Junkyu shoves Sihmin's hands away the second time as she tries her best to not let her tears fall.

Hyunsuk comes in front of Sihmin unable to stop himself anymore while Jaehyuk side hugs and tries to calm down a petrified Sihmin.

"I think it's enough for now Junkyu. Everyone's watching. You're getting out of control." Hyunsuk speaks through gritted teeth trying to stop Junkyu but nothing seemed to affect him.

The only thought on his mind was of Nori as if he was really under some kind of possession. Junkyu points towards Sihmin.

"I didn't expect you out of all people to react like this. Nori didn't blackmail me nor did she force me. I was the one to approach her. For fuvk's sake, I love her." Junkyu curses and turns around towards Nori only to envelope her lips in his own just like he was doing in the picture.

The students erupt into cheers while some boo at Junkyu's bold move. Sihmin's heart shatters into pieces as she watches the scene unfolding in front of her with tears falling one after another. But she wasn't the only one whose heart was wrenching with pain.

Haruto also clenches his fists in nothing but pure fury as he watches the truth unfolding from the hallways' corner. The rest of the Moons were behind him disappointed by the fact that a member of their rival group was kissing their best friend in front of the whole college.

The members of Suns and Moons were beyond shocked and upset but they couldn't bring themselves up to do anything. It was being extremely difficult for Sihmin and Haruto to digest the bitter truth just revealed. It was a nightmare for them from which they wanted to wake up as soon as possible.
