• Chapter 10 •

(Sally's POV)

"Because I have the blade."

Then an arrow whizes over Sapnap's head. He looked behind him and saw his fear.

"You wanna go back and tell your president you lost him, or should I?" Sapnap then glares at me and Tommy then runs off.

Techno turns to Tommy "Yeah, we should definately work on your intimidation tactics." I snicker and agree. Then Techno turns to me "Oh yeah. The woman that woke me up like 5 minutes ago." I roll my eyes "Atleast Tommy's alive." Techno scoffed. "Yeah, thanks to me."

"Where's Wilbur?" Techno asked. I pulled out my phone while Tommy says "He got hit by an arrow." Techno sighed "Of course he did."

I call Wilbur and he answers. "Sally?"

"Wilby, where are you?" I ask.

"I'll send you the coords..." He said. Then he hung up and sent me the coordinates.

"Let's go guys..."

(Timeskip)

When we arrived at the coordinates, we saw that Wilbur was at a small cave-like hole in the wall that was hidden with vines. He was sitting on the floor with his head burried in his knees. "Wilbur!" Tommy yelled while running to him. Wilbur stood up. "Hey, Toms."

"My love." He acknowledged me. "And I exist." Techno adds in. Wilbur's eyes widened "Techno? Long time no see, brother!" Wilbur smiled widely. "Don't call me that. And yeah, good to see you too." Wil rolled his eyes.

Tommy then looked around. "I can't believe it... This is all we have left?" He asked. "Yeah. This is it. This hole in the ground." Wilbur clenched his fists. "Wall." I correct. "We should atleast give it a name..." Tommy thought. "What about Pogtopia?" I suggest. "Perfect, Sally! Pogtopia!" Tommy exclaimed.

"You were always better at naming things than I was." Wilbur smiled at me. Then he looked back to Tommy. "B-before I got here... I went back to check on L'manberg. Tommy... Schlatt's elected Tubbo as his Secretary of State." Tommy's eyes widened with betrayal. "N-no... Tubbo wouldn't..." Tommy muttered. I put a hand on his shoulder. "Schlatt ordered him to hunt us down, Toms..."

Tommy's emotions went from being sad to angry. "If you didn't call Schlatt to be our endorsement, none of this would've happened!" Tommy angrily yelled at Wilbur. Wilbur's eyes widened "I-I was trying to consolidate power I-!"

I stepped between them. "Girls, girls, calm down!" I yell. Then I sigh. "Let's just agree that it's Schlatt's fault." I told them. Wil sighed and looked down "No, Tommy's right. It is my fault. I should've listened to you, Sally. The election was a bad idea. I should've kept our promise..." I put a hand on his shoulder.

Tommy sighs "No. Let's not turn on eachother. We have no one else. We've already lost everyone." I nod in agreement. Then all our phones rang. Schlatt was sending an announcement to everyone of a 20 mile radius.

"Citizens of L'manberg, gather at the podium for the next presidential speech."

Then the announcement ended. Wilbur looked at his phone angrily. I sigh. "Should we-?" I start. But I get interrupted before I could finish. "Let's go." Wil said. Tommy nods. "We have to lay low." Then Wilbur turns to me. "Also, why are you here? Aren't you still a citizen of L'manberg? Aren't you still Secretary Of Defense? Not like your exiled or something." He rolls his eyes. I shrug "Schlatt wanted me there, so as always, I left." He smiled at me.

As we passed the vines we saw Techno leaning against a tree. "You're still here, Technoblade?" Wil asks. He shrugged "Sally said you needed my help. And who am I to pass up an oppertunity to destroy a government." I smile. "We'll discuss when we get back." Wil told him. "Guess I'll stay here for awhile..." Techno said.

(Timeskip)

We were at the top of the NASA tower. Watching everything.

"Aren't you supposed to be down there?" Wil asked me. "Why do you want me to leave so badly?" I ask him. "I-I don't want you to leave! I just want you to know that you don't always have to help me when I fuck up. You have your own problems." He explained.

I sigh. "Wil, no matter what happens I'll stay by your side. My problems can wait. Your the most important thing right now." I tell him. "But I suppose your right about me being down there. Like you said, I'm still Secretary Of Defense. Not like Schlatt fired me.." I trail off. "Not like he elected me either... I'll be gone now. Bye Wil. Bye Toms." I wave and I leave the NASA tower.

I sit down in one of the seats. Schlatt noticed me and said "Hey, Secretary Of Defense. You're not supposed to be down there. Get on the podium!" I sigh and got up. Once I was on the podium I stood next to Quackity. I avoided eye contact with the duck.

I noticed someone in the audience. Tubbo. He was trying to get past the people. Once ge finally got up to the podium he happily announced that he was ready for the speech. Then he stood next to me as Schlatt walked up to the mic.

"Citizens of this great country. The sun rises over another beautiful day in our country. The next page is our textbook. I've decided that I will be making two announcements in this speech. First one is, the name is stupid. Let's change it. We don't take any L's!"

I raise my eyebrow. "Last time I checked, L stands for Legendary. You don't think this country is legendary?" I ask Schlatt with raised eyebrows. He turns to me "No! L stands for Loser." Schlatt argued. "What do you reckon? We replace the L with W for Winner? W'manberg. I kinda like it. Sounds like Womanberg." I suggest sarcastically.

Schlatt growls angrily. "What's the problem with you?" He asks in a low whisper. "She's not really all for following rules, Mr. President. We learned to get used to it..." Tubbo explained. Schlatt's face softens at Tubbo and he sighed.

"Okay, whatever." Then he loomed back at the audience. "The new name if this country is Manberg." I shrug "Kinda plain if you ask me." Schlatt growls again then clears his throat.

"Second announcement is... I reckon our nation needs to expand. I reckon we tear down the walls." His voice got lower as he smiled maliciously.
