(Sally's POV)Dream gives Wilbur a little salute. "Wilbur! Look at me!" Tommy called for Wil's attention.
Tommy pointed a crossbow at Wilbur. "Hand me that TNT." He demanded. "TommyInnit. Don't you even dare." I warn him. He silently gulps but doesn't lower his crossbow. "Wilbur, give it to me."
Drean stepped in front of Wilbur and unsheathed his sword. "Tommy I'll have to step in." He said. I took out my axe aswell.
"This just isn't right! Wilbur I don't want to betray you but this isn't right!" Tommy yelled. "Since when did TommyInnit Minecraft have morals?" Wilbur asked with his eyebrows raised.
"We can rebuild L'manberg. Restore it to it's former glory! Blowing up is not gonna solve anything."
Wilbur laughed. "Y'know what, Tommy? None of what your saying really matters. Dream, thank you for the bombs. I trust that you'll have the rest under Manberg by the festival?" Wilbur asked to which Dream nodded. "Of course. I've done this once already. If you need any help, I'll always be ready to stir up some chaos."
"Also, if you attend, I'd suggest you leave when Tubbo's says 'Let the festival begin', alright?" Dream nodded. "Tubbo's in on this?" He asked. Wilbur nodded. "Why do you care?" I ask. "Just asking." And with that, the masked man left.
"And, Tommy. I hope that at some point you'll see that I'm right and help me." Tommy glared at Wilbur and walked away.
"Tommy will understand. He will. He's not that dense." I reassure Wilbur. He smiles at me and kisses me in the cheek "Thanks for being on my side, Sally."
"Of course. Besides, I like to loosen up sometimes and cause some chaos." I smile. "How have I never seen that side of you? I knew that Technoblade wouldn't be a good influence." We both laughed. "Hey, I'm not always a goody-two-shoes. Besides, remember the dishwasher incident? The what about that time with the fridge? And the microwave?" He laughs "How could I ever forget."
Then he laughs alot. "I'm so excited for the festival!" I laugh at him "You're really happy about blowing up Manberg, huh?" I ask. He nods "Yeah. I'm happy. For the first time since we were thrown out." I smile at him "That's great, Wilby."
(A Week Later)
A week. Today was the festival. And Wilbur was so excited. "This is gonna be amazing, Sally!" He excaimed. I roll my eyes. Then suddenly I remember something.
I grab him by the wrist and start pulling him somewhere "I have something to show you, Wilby." "Okay?" He said with a smile.
I walked pass all the seemingly endless lines of trees. Then the trees stopped. We finally got there. A cliffside that was fenced so that no one could fall. Under the cliff was the very relaxing sound of waves.
"I saw this while exploring a few days ago. The sky is beautiful during nighttime." I told him. He was amazed "It's already beautiful, Sally. 'Cause you're here." I roll my eyes while blushing "Oh shut up. Come on!" I pull him towards the fence.
I lean on the stable iron fence and look at the view. I sigh... The air is so fresh. And the sound of the waves are so soothing.
"Look around, look around
At how lucky we are to be alive right now..."
I start to sing but Wilbur chuckles and interrupts "Not really 'lucky' I'd say." I roll my eyes and laugh. "Do you remember that song? I used so sing it to you while being pregnant with Fundy." He nods "I'll never forget the way your amazing voice sings that equally amazing song." I laugh. "Do continue. You know m favorite part." I smile and continue singing.
"Look at where you are.
Look at where you started.
The fact that your alive is a miracle.
Just stay alive, that would be enough..
And if this child
Shares a fraction of your smile
Or a fragment of your mind,
Look out world!
That would be enough.
I don't pretend to know
The challenges your facing
The worlds you keep erasing and creating in your mind.
But I'm not afraid...
I know who I married..
So as long as you came home at the end of the day
That would be enough.
We don't need a legacy.
We don't need money.
If I could grant you peace of mind
If you could let me inside your heart...
Oh, let me be a part of the narrative.
In the story that they will write someday,
Let this moment be the first chapter:
Where you decide to stay...
And I could be enough,
And we could be enough,
That would be enough~"
I finish singing and Wilbur claps. "Perfection as always, love." I blush and tug some strands of my hair behind my ear.
TW//Smoking
Then he started searching his pockets for something "Hold on, I think I brought some..." Then he pulled out a box of cigarettes from his pocket.
I raise my eyebrows at him and he shrugs. "Wilbur..." I say. "What?" He asks as he lights the cigar. He put it between his lips and puffed some smoke out. I sigh "What have I told you about unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking?" I ask him.
"Not to do it. But today is a very exciting day for me." He said. I shake my head "That's no excuse." He sighs. Then he drops the cigarette and steps on it to put out the light.
"Besides, the plants here might die." He hums "Good point. Save the trees." He laughs and I do too. "When's the festival gonna start?" I ask. "In an hour." He responds.
We stayed in awkward silence for a while before Wilbur says "I'm pretty sure Tommy thinks I'm insane. I'm not insane. Do you think I'm insane?" He asks me. I laugh a little.
"Well, I wasn't gonna say anything but-"
"Sally! Be serious!"
We both laugh.
Then we hear something from behind us.
