HAITANI RINDOU

"You're being too much with her, Rindou."

I looked at my brother, who had just sat beside me and was drinking the wine I had been sipping. I ignored him and lit my cigarette.

"I don't care about her, Ran," I said, my gaze fixed on the stage where Y/N was dancing. "I can do whatever I want with her."

"But still, you don't need to keep being harsh on her."

"Shut up, Kuya Ran."

I leaned back against the sofa, watching her dance on stage. The way she moved, so seductively, made me think that she probably used to do things like this often. The way she danced, it was so easy for her to attract men.

My eyes darkened.

Suddenly, our eyes met. She was surprised at first, maybe because I had been staring at her, but then she tilted her head and winked at me, dancing like she was seducing me. Tch. My jaw tightened in annoyance.

I looked away, licking my lower lip and taking another drink of my wine.

"I don't know what your plan is with her," Ran said, laughing. "But do you really think you're going to get close to her again?"

My forehead twitched.

"What do you mean?"

He chuckled. "It's not like I don't know you two have a past."

"Tch. I'm not doing this to get close to her again. I'm just using her."

"Oh..." he laughed again. "If you say so, brother."

"Tch."

I avoided looking at him, playing with the glass in my hand as my gaze went back to Y/N.

I smirked, thinking back to how her parents used to be so proud of her. Looking at their daughter now, dancing in a club like this, like a whore—it made me laugh.

Her parents sucked.

I drank the last of my wine and stood up, fixing my suit.

"Where are you going?" Ran asked.

"Outside," I answered before walking away from him and leaving the club.

This club is one of Bonten's establishments. We run clubs, gambling rings, and more. It used to be tough, but now, even the police have a hard time tracking us down because Bonten is the most feared criminal organization right now. We have so many hideouts and men. The people here are scared of us—just the mention of Bonten makes them tremble.

Ran and I are assigned to the club. I hire women who want to work as prostitutes. It's not like I'm forcing them; every girl I see with the potential to attract men, I take them. They agree to it right away, so I don't have a problem. I use them, and they need me for money.

Meanwhile, Koko and Kakucho are in charge of the gambling operations. Especially Koko—he wants all the money for himself, while Kakucho just helps him out.

Sanzu and Mikey are always together because they are the bosses. We're only executives. Sanzu takes care of the people who betray us. Of all of us, he's the most brutal when it comes to killing. Mikey, though, is the one who gives orders, and he's the most dangerous among us.

When I finally stepped outside the club, I made my way to my car and leaned against it. I lit another cigarette and exhaled the smoke. I checked my watch and glanced around.

My gaze drifted to a woman standing near her car next to mine. She was also smoking. She noticed me staring and looked at me.

She tilted her head. "Hey, handsome," she greeted, tossing her cigarette away. "What are you staring at?"
