Disclaimer: a lot of these theories are downright stupid and can't even be classified as 'theories' but I just thought they were funny. also, all of them are circulating around Aiden's prophecy and probably aren't true because I know prophecies can't be avoided and half of them are about avoiding prophecies.
1) the prophecy comes true, Aiden dies and stays dead, and Aru learns about grief.
2) Aru saves Aiden because it's true love and all
3) Maybe something related to Vajra?
Aiden dies, aru gets really angry, lightning courses through her veins and either she brings Vajra back to life, or the weapons that she will get from IOFU will turn into vajra, and she uses Vajra to restart his heart or something
4) Aiden dies, and Aru gets really angry, threatens to destroy the world and the gods are forced to bring Aiden back to life.
5) Aiden gets saved by drinking the nectar of immortality
6) Aru saves Aiden with some kind of jewel, kind of how Uloopi saved Arjuna.
7)Aiden secretly has a middle name, the prophecy was meant for an entirely different Aiden acharya, and the universe just did an oopsie
8) After Aiden dies Aru goes insane, and we know how Aru has a crazy imagination so she imagines that he is still with her, even though he's dead.
9) Aru sacrifices herself because technically if the girl he loves is not alive anymore then she can't kill him and Aiden survives.
10) what if by 'death of you' it actually means the death of his identity. like it's not the death of his physical body, but the death of his sense of self. so if Aiden's memory gets wiped he technically isn't 'himself' anymore. so basically Aru wipes Aiden's memory and Aiden and Aru are apart till her 18th birthday(because it said the 'girl' you love) and then they are finally reunited. (bonus: Aiden's new identity is Bert from Canada)
11) Aiden comes back to life when Aru whispers 'shadowfax is broken' in his ears, maybe even pressing Shadowfax to his lips.
i dont know why i just realised this but after mini and rudy get together, mini is going to be a princess. and if rudy becomes king and they get married then mini is going to be a queen.
