Naruto grabbed Gaia and returned her to the village hidden in the sand after checking she still had her Biju, Shukaku. He then teleported Pein to the rain, along with Konan. He grabbed the three bodies and left.
At Naruto's Forest House
"Fuinjutsu art, Tardis Jutsu!" Naruto yelled. His house tripled in size on the inside and stayed the same on the outside. "Nagato, Konan, you two can stay in the room in the eastern wing. The house is bigger on the inside so feel free to explore. There is one door labeled "Secret," so don't go in there. It's not a secret as much of my parents' other love room, so it smells like sex. Just like my room after Mito went in with nothing on," Naruto said, muttering the last part. Nagato nodded while Konan looked confused, causing Nagato to let out a chuckle. "Konan, the Uzumaki clan practices incest to keep the bloodline clean, and since Naruto's father is Namikaze, one of the four branches of the UzuSenju clan, or the Uzumaki and Senju combination clan, the two are compatible," Nagato explained. Not canon, the UzuSenju thing, just a concept I came up with. Four more clans fit in this but I will tell later. Konan nodded. "Then there's the Uchiha situation, which is both compatible and strengthening of the UzuSenju bloodline, but there's only two left. That one brat, Sasuke, and that other one, Itachi," Nagato said. Immediately after, Satsuki landed in front of him. "Hey, Naruto! I think you should just take us to your trade empire of a village instead of having us live here, don't you think?" Satsuki asked him. Naruto sighed, shaking his head. "The village will do fine since I assigned them to take care of it. Besides, who cares about where we stay? Obviously, it's nicer out here. Also, I can just make new training grounds!" Naruto said with a grin. Satsuki sighed. "Fine, but if you don't fulfill on that, I will Sharingan your ass to heaven," Satsuki said with a sigh. Naruto smirked. "No, you won't!" He said. Nagato's eyes widened. "She also has the Sha- she's an Uchiha and based on the sass, she must be related to that one guy, Fugaku was it?" Nagato asked. Satsuki looked up in confusion, "That's my dad but how did you know?" she asked, still confused. Nagato explained how he met her dad while he was scouting an area one of the people in the Akatsuki said was being terrorized, but apparently, Fugaku, Minato, and Jiraiya had come to investigate it. He noticed Jiraiya kill some rogue ninjas who he thought were citizens and summoned Konan and his other subordinate, Yahiko.
Flashback
Nagato was running to the village when he saw his master, Jiraiya of the Sannin. He was about to go say hi when he noticed him kill two men and two other boys landed beside him. "Summoning jutsu!" Nagato whispered. Yahiko and Konan appeared and Nagato quickly explained the situation. The three immediately started chasing them. They landed in front of the trio. "Why are you terrorizing these people?" Nagato asked. Jiraiya's eyes widened. "We're not terrorizing! Someone came here with a B-rank mission to clear out the area of terrorizers!" Jiraiya exclaimed in surprise. He then caught sight of Nagato's eyes. "Wait, Nagato? Konan? Yahiko?" Jiraiya asked. Nagato nodded. "Well then! Let's all hang out for a bit after we finish our separate missions! You can even meet my new students!"
Flashback end. The details would be filler. Plus, it's just similarities that you know already.
Naruto sighed after Nagato's story. "Of course Fugaku was a dumbass," Naruto muttered. Nagato laughed. "Okay then, whatever. Just, look. Konan, Nagato, I'ma lock you in your room for a bit. So start breeding like rabbits for me," Naruto said as he walked out to start reviving Yahiko, leaving a blushing Konan and a laughing Nagato. Naruto jumped back in. "Mystical Art, Heal!" Naruto yelled. Nagato was healed instantly. "Good, now you can fully breed like rabbits!" Naruto said before disappearing. He left a clone to start reviving Yahiko and went to go "breed like a rabbit" with Mito.
Short chapter but it's also just filler. Next legitimate one will be here soon. Sorry it took so long but I was having bad headaches.
