I open Bellas present and it's a charm bracelet for best friends.
It's so adorable, I've never gotten something like this before, Besides from Damon but he was my brother.
I softly put the bracelet back in the box and hug Bella saying thank you.
Next grandma hands her gift to me and I open it.
It's a book-
And not just any book. A book of quotes and poems! I've always loved reading quotes and poems so maybe I can read this book as a daily thing. Even though we basically met not too long ago, it's like grandma already knows me.
She gives me a hug too and I whisper thank you. Trying to avoid the tears from pouring out of my eyes.
She smiles at me and nods walking back to where she was standing.
Lastly, James walks up to me and hands me a brown box tied with a blue bow. It's beautiful already. He silently walks back to where he was standing and I start unwrapping the gift.
What I find inside is absolutely breathtaking.
A picture, with all of us in it when I was a baby. My father holding me in his arms smiling down at me, Leo and Oliver hugging and smiling, James making a funny face at me, Liam being hugged by mom, and mom smiling the brightest out of all of us.
I haven't seen her smile like that since I was really young. It's weird seeing her like this.
It's also weird seeing me in this picture because I don't remember any of it.
But now, I have something to remember this by, and it's this picture. I smile, not noticing the tears falling from my eyes. Dang it, guess I couldn't Avoid it.
"Thank you so much James, you don't know how much this picture means to me." I say putting the picture down and running towards him, giving him the biggest hug ever.
I feel him tense up but relax and slightly hug me back.
"I'm sorry it wasn't a real gift or something, I just thought that you would like to have a picture with father and us and-"
"It's everything to me, I love it!" I reply and he smiles a little nodding in response.
Throughout the night I've gotten so many gifts, even from Liam and Leo which I didn't expect to happen. Leo gave me some art stuff and Liam gave me a big stuffed bear which I thought was cute.
This night has been amazing.

I close my book grandma gave me and put it at my bedside.
Today I'm going bowling with Bella and Aiden.
I've never met him before, so this will be the first time. I suppose if Bella likes him he must be a good person, though I've come to terms with not trusting easily.
