I've read a few oc review books before, and decided to make one of my own.
Here's just some information before you submit your oc.

RULES
- only 3 oc's per person.
- no joke sues.
- i have the right to refuse to review your oc, with or without a reason. i will always notify you if your oc has been refused.
- i will only review oc's that are part of the fandoms i listed.
- do not be discriminatory or just plainly rude towards anyone or their oc.
OTHER
- i'll try to be as kind as possible, but I won't hesitate to mention anything bad about your oc.
- it will take me some time to review your oc, so please stay patient.
- your oc's appearance could be described using words and images and even a mix of both.

I'm too lazy to create one, but you can google 'character template writing' and a lot of good ones will come up. Make sure to modify it so it can fit your oc better!
