"WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?" Ophelia walked into the bathroom at the Salvatore home, seeing the sight of Damon making vervain bombs for homecoming tonight.

"Making smoothies and strawberry milkshakes, duh," Damon said, in a sarcastic voice, making Ophelia roll her eyes at him. She walked towards him in the bathroom and picked up one of the bottles that are full of wolfsbane.

"You know, I don't know if I trust Rebekah on this. Who knows, she might turn on us last minute for Klaus."

Attempting to make a wolfsbane grenade, Damon went in front of the girl, slapping her hand lightly before grabbing the weapon from her hand.

"What, come on, Damon, Alaric taught me how to make one of these. I can protect myself."

"Yes, and I believe you, but if this blows up, only one of us heals quickly." Knowing he was right, Ophelia gave in and handed Damon the grenade.

Due to the gym being flooded, the dance was now being held at Tyler's home. After Ophelia finally picked out an outfit for homecoming, Damon and Stefan offered to give her a ride, but she didn't want to feel like a burden to them, so she drove herself.

The party was huge and the live band definitely made it better for entertainment. Ophelia saw Tyler and made her way up to him.

"Hey, Ty, this is a killer party."

"Thanks, but I'm not the one throwing it. Your uncle was the one who wanted this." Scrunching her eyebrows in confusion, Ophelia was about to ask more questions but was interrupted when Klaus' voice spoke up, stopping the band.

"Good evening, everyone! I want to thank you for being here with me to celebrate! It's been a long time coming." Ophelia can see Klaus staring at her with his signature smirk, making her feel uneasy, knowing that her uncle is going to die tonight.

After Klaus was done with the introduction, he walked his way towards his niece. "Well, hello, dear niece, I hope you are enjoying this party. I tried to make it more enjoyable for you." Ophelia couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic, but his tone of voice made it seem like he was serious, which was off-putting for her.

"Thanks, the party is okay, but I just want to sleep." Klaus only smiled at her even more.

"Well after tonight, you can rest assured. With Mikael gone, we can bring back our family and it will be whole again." Klaus talking about their family made Ophelia smile lightly. She missed Elijah dearly and meeting her other family members sounded nice as well, even though she has met them... a long time ago.
