"REBEKAH, TELL ME HOW HANDSOME I AM." Kol was testing out suits for the ball for later that night. Ophelia decided to stay the night at the Mikaelson mansion to hopefully get to know her lost family better.
"Oh Kol, you know I can't be compelled." Both Finn and Ophelia let out a stifled laugh at the younger siblings. Ophelia hasn't met them for long, but she could tell they were her family. Before anyone could say anything else, Klaus came barging in, his footsteps loudly awakening the floorboards.
"You went after Elena? What is wrong with you? Do you want another dagger in your heart?" Ophelia's mood highly softened, Klaus' temper soon getting the best of him.
"Again with the dagger threats? Don't you have any other tricks? "
"Oh, go back to staring at yourself."
"And who are you, my father?" The tone in both of Kol and Klaus' voices was obvious to Ophelia that something was about to go down. As much as she wanted to step in, she knew they wouldn't listen to her.
"No, Kol, but you are in my house."
"Then perhaps we should go outside."
A voice soon interrupted the boys from going further in their brawl. "Enough! Niklaus, come." When Klaus left to go talk with Esther, Kol went back to staring at his handsome self. Ophelia let out an exasperated sigh unintentionally, but it quickly caught the attention of the Mikaelson's.
"What's wrong love?" Rebekah turned to her niece, wondering if she was okay.
"I'm okay, it's just...I don't have anything to wear for tonight." Ophelia was going to say something else but covered it up with this half-lie. She was going to ask the siblings to see if Esther could really bring back her past memories, but she didn't want to put more stress on their plate.
"Well that's not a problem at all, I have plenty of dresses in my closet that are just for you." Ophelia nodded in appreciation. As she gave Rebekah a smile, Ophelia noticed eyes on her. She turned around to see Finn staring, but once Ophelia caught him staring, he looked away quickly.
Not really sure what that was, Ophelia turned her head around to be face to face with Kol. After jumping in surprise, she put a hand on her heart and chuckled nervously. "You scared me there, Kol."
Kol couldn't help but feel a little disappointed that she didn't call him 'uncle.' Back in the 1900s, she would always refer to him as the 'best uncle.' They were definitely partners in crime when it came to mischief.
