"Oh really? Well that's a disappointment," San said with fake disappointment on his face and in his voice.

"Yeah. So you can either leave or just take the one fish you can afford."

"Wait, can we see the other fishes and their prices?" San asked, a small amount of fake hope on his face.

San had to admit, it was entertaining to play along. Wooyoung hadn't caught on to what was happening at first but after analyzing, he realized and was deeply amused but played along and showed fake disappointment as well.

"Ha! Trust me, you probably wouldn't be able to buy them but I'll show you anyway so you can see."

The girl walked into a small room beside the counter and San looked at Wooyoung with a smirk.

"I wasn't planning on buying any fishes, never-the-less expensive fishes, but I'll do it out of spite," San whispered.

Wooyoung giggled and gently swatted San's shoulder. The girl returned with a book in hand and proudly displayed the fishes and their ridiculous prices.

San pretended to be mortified by the prices but it wasn't hard considering that they were actually quite pricey. Three hundred? Seven hundred? Thousand five hundred? The fuck? What kind of fishes were they? Were they made of pure gold?

San nearly dropped his plan but he didnt want the girl filled with satisfaction with the thought that he was too broke to afford a stupid fish.

"Dear Hesus," San whispered.

"I told you they were expensive."

San ignored her and turned to look at Wooyoung, quickly winking before turning back.

"Well in that case I'll take three angelfish," San said, the girl scoffing and rolling her eyes.

"Of course you want those."

She quickly caught the fish and placed them in a container before ringing up the price.

"That'll be twelve dollars."

San pulled out a twenty and put away his change before looking at the expensive fishes again.

"And I'll take three of these expensive ass fishes."

"That's not funny," the girl glared.

"I'm not joking. I want two of the ones that cost one-five and one that costs seven hundred."

The girl glared at him, not moving.

"Just get out. I don't have time to mess around like that. I know you can't afford it so leave."

"Either ring up the fucking fishes or I’ll get you fired," San seethed.

He cringed internally at the threat but decided it was the quickest thing to get her moving. He didn't care. How dare the little bitch want to assume things about THE Choi San?

"Is there a problem here?" A woman asked, stepping out from a back room, hearing commotion.

"Yes. This worker here doesn’t wanna ring up the stupid fishes that I just asked for," San complained.

The woman turned to face the employee and glared at her.

"Why aren't you ringing up San-ah's request?"

San's eyes widened in surprise not knowing who the woman was and the fact that she knew his name. Yongbok was oblivious to the problem and stared with an open mouth at the fish that swam in the tanks.

"Because he clearly can't afford them. Look at the way they’re dressed. Which wealthy person dresses like that?"

The woman calmly stepped to the register and rang up the fish, San having to repeat his order.
