The reader and Mammon have been in a secret relationship until they both decide it's time to tell everyone else, but both of them are found out by accident and Lucifer confronts the both of them.

(The Readers Pov)

Soft snores leave his lips, my eyes land on his sleeping figure that had been wrapped in the blankets. For the past few nights, Mammon had been sneaking into my room late at night when he was sure Lucifer was sleeping or too busy with work to check up on anything. So he would indeed sleep in longer than I did even though I also normally slept in late. My hand rests on his shoulder and he slowly opens his eyes and an unimpressed expression is painted on his face.

"Mammon, it's time to get up" I mutter, a yawn leaving my lips as soon as I speak, he only groans turning around to try and go back to sleep. A deep sigh escapes me as both of my hands rest on the blankets tightly. With one move the blankets are thrown off of him and a sharp yelp leaves him from the cold air that he was met with. He shooks up and glares at me, he wears an angered look but I only chuckle. "Mammon, we need to get ready. You need to head out soon so no one gets suspicious" he groans, pressing his head to my shoulder as his arms wrap tightly around my waist.

"What if we told them?" he murmurs looking up at me with a stern expression, one he rarely wore. My heart raced at the thought of not hiding it anymore. But fear floods my system at the thought of everyone's reaction. Would Lucifer force them to break up? Would Diavolo force me back to the human realm for engaging in a romantic relationship with one of the top demons? My teeth catch my bottom lip in a nervous manner.

"You know how I feel about that," I say cupping his face with both of my hands, his gradient eyes lock with mine. Each time I looked at him it felt like the first time. "What if they don't approve?" I mutter pressing my lips to his forehead, a soft noise leaves his lips as he leans into the affection.

"It doesn't matter what they think, I'll be by your side no matter what my older brother thinks" He states, though I can sense slight fear in his voice at the thought of facing Lucifer's rage.

"Are you sure? You know I want nothing more than to be public about this. I hate hiding" I whisper leaning closer to him lifting his face to meet mine. My lips brushing against his, and a small blush creeps up to his face.

"Let's tell them" he whispers back in a happy tone, forgetting everything that could possibly go wrong. A smile pulls on each corner of his lips as he moves forward closing the small amount of space already between us...

My hands are pressed together as everyone sits basically at the table, all except Beel who is scarfing down any ounce of food he can get his hands on. I steal glances from Mammon who is sitting next to me with a normal expression, but I can tell he is nervous as his leg is repeatedly hitting the ground. My hand slides under the table to rest on his leg, but his hand slides into mine gripping it tightly. Both of us say nothing even after breakfast is over, we both let out a loud sigh once everyone leaves. I lean back into my chair closing my eyes

"Why is this so hard" both of my hands rest against my face, rubbing my temple in an annoyed manner and he seems to be annoyed as well. He grabs the bottom of his seat slowly moving the chair closer to mine. My hands fall from my face as I lock eyes with him.

"Take my hand" he whispers softly, not in his normal loud tone which he speaks in meaning that this was serious. I move forward taking his hand in mine and he smiles grasping onto my hand with both of his pressing his lips to my fingers. "See it's not that hard if we don't think about it" a loud laugh leaves my lips at his dumb sentence.
