Claire:

I follow along the somewhat empty hall, double checking each room to make sure it's been evacuated and has a red x with tape on the door. My feet pound loudly against the tiled floors, well they would be if they weren't concealed by the roaring thunder and lightening that's raging outside.

Apparently all that there was suppose to be today was mild thunderstorms in the morning - not the zeus of all storms. I finish checking one hall and rush down to the next. The lights begin to flicker as I finish off that one and head to my third one.

That's when I spot my mom outside a room looking severely rattled-up. The simple thought to throw on the sling doesn't matter seeing as I'm already in her line of sight. Not to mention she seems to have a bigger issue then to worry about my arm that I've already told her is fine.

"Mom, is everything alright you look like you just saw a sasquatch." I don't have to yell to gain her attention seeing as how the wind isn't all too loud in this neck of the hospital.

Instead of verbally answering, she grabs my face and turns it to look inside the room in front of us.

The confusion is deeply showing on my face, I know for sure, as the only thing I see are three nurses helping Cora get ready to be evacuated. Oh and Peter talking on the phone...oh crabcakes she doesn't know that he brought himself back from the dead.

Which is more then a perfect excuse to be having a mini freak out in the middle of a huge storm as the hospital you work at is evacuating.

"Um, ya, he kinda used Lydia's powers to get blood from Derek on a full moon to bring himself back from the dead." I explain, sounding like a complete nutjob if she wouldn't have already somewhat have known about all this.

My mom lets go of my cheeks and starts walking down the hall. "Let's just get the rest of this wing sorted out."

When we got our side all cleared out I end up going back up towards the Hales to make sure Cora got taken out of her room. The thing is that when I get to the room no one is there.

Which is a good thing, so I end up pushing through the double doors in the middle of the hall and continue checking the rooms. The lights begin to flicker overhead and I start to think that that's my que to go downstairs.

At the same time I'm about to turn the corner a body nearly collides with mine in their hurry to wherever they're going. I scowl at Peter and it doesn't go away once I take notice of the unconscious Cora draped over his shoulder.

"Run, now!" He commands.

I cross my arms at his rudely said demand. "Well unless you're the Doctor then I'm not just gonna run with you without an explanation." Peter looks about one-hundred and twenty percent done with me.

Luckilyy, I guess for him, he doesn't really need to speak to explain himself further. The hallway starts to rattle with heavy footsteps and, I know that this probably isn't the right time but, all I can think about is the t-rex from Jurassic Park.

However once the big alpha comes stomping his way around the corner, I really can't help but wish it really was the t-rex instead. "What the frick is that thing?!" I yell as we start backing up.

"That is what being an alpha twin gets you. And also the last time I stop to warn you about anything." Peter remarks. Before he can take another step back the alpha rushes at him. Leaving Peter no choice but to drop Cora.

The big guy starts throwing Peter around brutally as I move Cora away from the two, which unfortunately means moving her farther away from the double doors, that leads to the elevator, that leads to no big conjoined alpha twins.
