"You're being f**king ridiculous!" I yelled. Hayes and I were fighting because he thought I was flirting with Taylor, when I wasn't! "How am I being ridiculous when you were cheating on me?!" "You know what? I'm done with this! If you don't trust me, then what's the point of being together?!" Hayes's face flashed from pure anger to sadness. I dashed up the stairs to what was now his room, and grabbed my suitcase and started throwing all of my clothes, makeup, etc. I zipped up my suitcase and ran down the stairs, with tears making their way down my face. Hayes was on the couch with his head in his hands, and sobs escaping his mouth. "Hayes." I said softly. His head shot up with some sense of hope, but then it disappeared when he saw my suitcase. "Where are you going?" He asked. "I'm leaving you." "What? No, please!" " I'm sorry." I whispered as I walked to the door turning the knob, taking one last look at Hayes before I left.
-2 Weeks Later-
I've been a wreck since my breakup. I barely did anything. I was in the middle of crying when I got a text from Mahogany
(M= Mahogany L= Lexi)
M- Hey girl! We're going to the mall. I'll be there in 20.😄
L- Ugggh... Fine!
I got up and did my daily routine, showering, washing my hair, and doing my hair and makeup. I decided to straighten my hair. Then I went to pick out my outfit. I settled on a black crop top that said "LIKE A BOSS" in white, black jeans, and a pair of galaxy Vans. I grabbed my bag and headed downstairs. I was scrolling through Twitter when I heard the doorbell. I walked towards the door and there was Mahogany. "Hey!" She said with a smile. I responded with a simple "Hey!". I locked my door and we drove to the mall.
- At the mall -
Our arms were filled with bags, and they were hurting so much, so we decided to go to the food court. I asked what Mahogany wanted and she went and got a spot while I got the food. While we were eating Mahogany showed me a picture of me and Taylor kissing. Not even a few seconds after she showed me the picture, I got a text from Hayes:
H- We need to talk. Can you come over?
L- Yea, I'll be over soon.
I explained to Mahogany that I had to go to Hayes's house and she went with me.
- At Hayes's house -
I took a deep breath and knocked on the door, and a shirtless Hayes opened the door. "Thanks for coming, I really doubted you would come." I just nodded in response. He motioned me to sit on the couch, so I did. "You saw the picture didn't you?" This time he nodded. "I swear nothing happened, it's photoshopped." "Yeah, ok" he scoffed. "Ok, then I'll call Mahogany and she'll tell you everything, 'cause I was with her the whole day!" "K" I went outside and called Mahogany in. "Hayes." She bluntly said. "Nothing even happened she was to depressed to even go outside because you broke her heart! And you think she would just go and be all over Taylor? What's wrong with you?!" She yelled. He just shrugged, and walked up to me and grabbed my hands in his and I didn't pull away. "Lexi, I'm so sorry for not believing you. It's just I love you so much and out of everyone in the whole world you chose me. I was just scared I was gonna lose you." A tear escaped his beautiful blue eyes. I hugged him and kissed him with so much passion. "I forgive you." I said smiling. "Awwww" Mahogany teased. I giggled. "Thank you." I mouthed to Mahogany, she just smiled and nodded. Maybe this was a imperfectly perfect relationship.
