That night we sat and talked until Noah got tired and fell asleep about 2 hours later. Millie and I also went to sleep after that. I woke up to our alarm that we set for 9:00 in the morning. I reached across millies sleeping body and turned it off. Across from me Noah sat up and rubbed his eyes. "It's already time to wake up?" He asked sleepily. "Yup." I said. He looked at me and smiled. "What?" I asked him. "Nice hair." He said smirking. "Shut up." I said throwing a pillow at him. Millie still wasn't up so I tapped her shoulder. "Hey it's time to get up." I signed to her when she opened her eyes. "We should eat something." She signed. Noah was still laughing at my hair. So I got up put a robe on and some slippers and brushed my hair and threw back into a low bun so it wouldn't get in my face when I was eating (something I personally struggle with). Millie soon did the same and we all went down for breakfast. "Oooh good selection." Noah said looking at the food. They had waffles pancakes cereal toast juice bacon eggs sausage and yogurt. Just then our parents came down. "Y/n no sugary stuff no pancakes no waffles no cereal." My mom said. "Then want am I supposed to eat?" I asked. "Here I'll make up a plate." She said walking up to the buffet. I sat down at the table with Noah. "This is embarrassing." I said. "Why?" He asked me. "My mother is making me a plate at 13 years old." I said looking at him. He just shrugged his shoulders. "Here's your plate." My mom said setting it down in front of me. Great I have bacon toast and yogurt. "Yummy." I said sarcastically. "Yeah these waffles are good." Noah said. "Here try some." He said. I opened my mouth and he put his fork with the waffle on it. "Mm those are good." I said. Then Millie sat down. "I'm not allowed to eat anything good here." I signed to her. "No offense kind of figured that." She signed back. "None taken." I signed as I bit into my toast. We ate our breakfast then went upstairs to our rooms. "What should we do now?" Millie signed to us. "I would say swimming but we can't because it will damage our hair." I signed to her. She huffed. "We have like 5 hours to burn." I signed. Noah spoke up. "What about doing a craft there's a store down the street." He said. I signed to Millie and she agreed. "Mom dad we are going to the store I have money bye love you." I said. "Wait what?" My mom asked. "We have like 5 hours to burn and you won't let's us swim so we doing a craft." I told her. "You can go but stick together and be respectful." My dad said. "We can go." I signed to Millie and Noah. We walked out of the hotel and down the block. We walked into the store. "Hey you kids have someone over the age of 18 with you." The clerk asked. "No my moms in the car though." I lied. "Fine have fun don't steal anything or I'll set the mafia on you." He warned. I sighed.
"We won't." I said grabbing stuff from the shelves. "What are we making exactly?" Noah asked. "Don't know." I said. "It's a in the moment decision." I said. "Oh ok." He said adding Pom poms to the basket. "Pom poms?" I asked him. "Yes when in need get a Pom Pom." He said laughing. Millie came back with some popsicle sticks hot glue and a hot glue gun and glitter. "Oh lord glitter." Noah signed. "Yes glitter." Millie signed back to him. "It's gonna be so messy." He signed back. "Who Ceres it's pretty." She signed. They had a silent argument about glitter. "We ready guys?" I asked them. "Yes we are and we are keeping the glitter." Millie signed. I smiled and paid for the supplies. We walked back to the hotel and got up to our room. We sat down at the table. "Y/n hurry it up I want you to shower and I want your hair to air dry." She said. "Ok I will just give me a sec" I said to her. "Ok like an hour or 2." She said then she left. "Is she nervous about this?" Noah asked me. "Yeah she's going a bit insane" I signed. "Why?" Millie asked. "I Have no idea." I signed. "Let's get crafting though." I said wanting to change the subject. Noah gave me a sad smile. ~short time skip~ we finished our crafts Noah made a catapult for his Pom Pom. "Let's record this." I said. I pulled out my phone and hit record. "Hi we are the quiet place cast and we are showing you our crafts." I said/signed. "Millies first." I said as Millie stepped into view. "I made a popsicle house for my Pom Pom with glitter." She signed to the camera and I translated it for the camera even though I'm never showing anyone the video. "Noah's next." I said. "I made a catapult for my Pom Pom and it works like this." He said demonstrating his catapult. "Here's mine. It's just a Pom Pom with eye balls and they live with Millies in there popsicle house." I said showing everyone the Pom Pom. I ended the video. "Y/n please get in the shower." My mom said. I sighed standing up. "I've got to shower." I signed to them. I showered quickly then got dressed and let my hair air dry. ~short time skip~ it was 4:30. "Y/n Millie let's go." My mom said. I tapped Millie and told her it was time to go. We hopped in a taxi and got to the shop. "Millie in here y/n in here." Mark said steering Millie and I in different rooms. I sat down in the chair and waited for some direction. My mom and mark soon entered the room. "Ok so makeup first then the dress then the hair." Mark said to my mom to which she repeated it to herself several times. I sighed and sat down. About an hour later he finished my makeup. I checked my watch 5:20. "Take all of your jewelry off." Mark said. He pulled me into a room with my dress. I pulled the dress on. And then rushed to the hair. My mom put my shoes on for me as I was getting my hair done. I haven't seen Millicent yet. Or Noah or John or Emily I stepped out of my room and saw Millie looking beautiful. My jaw dropped. "Oh my god Millie your so beautiful!" I signed to her. She was in a lilac floral dress. "You look amazing Noah's going to love it." She signed. "Shut up my mom understands what you are saying." I signed to her. We entered the car and got in to see Emily. "Emily hey i missed you." I said giving her a side hug. "Hey girls you look beautiful." She signed and said to us. "Oh I forgot I'm supposed to be taking pictures for my friend in LA." I said pulling out my phone. I snapped a picture of us and sent it to Dylan. "Beautiful girls." He said back. I turned off my phone and put in my bag. "You excited?" Emily asked Millie. "Yeah I am to see everyone's reactions." She answered. "And how about you y/n?" She asked me. "Same as Millie I'm excited but nervous to see if everyone likes it." I told her. "What was it like working with the cast?" She asked us. "Hold on are you pretending to be the paparazzi?" I asked her. "I am just preparing you for the questions." She said. I just laughed. "What it's going to be scary for a 13 year old." She said. "I'm preparing you I'm your mother." She said putting her arm around my shoulder. We pulled up to the red carpet. We saw the boys car pull up next to us. first to get out was Millie and Noah then me. Noah's jaw dropped at the sight of us. "Hey Noah." I said. "Looking dapper." I said nudging him. "U-h uh yeah thanks you look very pretty y/n." He said. "Thank you Noah." I said patting his shoulder. "You guys ready?" Emily asked us. "Yes we are." I answered. We all walked out the flash of the cameras blinded me but I posed. We got a cast photo with us with a finger to our lips. We got a normal cast photo as well. Then individual photos. I kept hearing my name "y/n over here y/n over over here." I heard repeatedly. Finally after that we walked to were we had questions to be asked. I walked over to a reporter who called my name. "Hey I'm Angela and I have a few questions for you." She said. "Fire away." I told her. "So how was it filming your first movie?" She asked me. "Uh it was really amazing um the cast really helped me get through it and they helped me a lot." I answered. "How was working with Millicent?" She asked me. "Millie is a amazing actress and my best friend and I feel like she really helped us tie This movie together." I answered. "And finally how was John as a director." She asked me. "Yeah John he was really great because he's also a actor so he knows what we look for and he helped a lot." I said. "Thank you for answering my questions." She said. I gave a little wave and walked off the carpet. "Ready to watch it?" Noah asked me. "Yeah don't get to scared." I said playfully. "I won't." Noah admitted that he gets scared of horror movies and I've made fun of him ever since. We got popcorn and wen into the theater. Noah Millie and I got seats together. I sat in the middle and the movie started I grabbed there hands and squeezed them. ~short time skip~ the movie had just ended. It was silent. Oh no. Just then everyone started cheering and applauding. I sighed in relief. They loved it we got several compliments on it. Next week we have interviews with Noah and Millie. I yawned. "I'm so tired." I said leaning my head on Noah's shoulder. We got to the hotel and I washed my makeup off and let my hair down and put on some comfy clothes. I walked out of the bathroom to see Noah laying in bed and Millie passed hot on our bed. "You wanna watch a movie?" I asked him. "Sure." He said I pulled out my laptop and put in the splitter so we could both hear it at the same time. "What should we watch?" I asked him. "What's your favorite movie?" He asked. "Oh gosh that's a tough one probably coraline it's my childhood movie and wonder." I said. "Hm how about coraline." He said. "Sure." I said turning on coraline. I set the computer on his stomach and laid on his chest. like 30 minutes in I felt myself drifting into sleep. "Good night." Noah whispered. When I woke up I was facing Noah's sleeping face I smiled and stretched.I sat up to see Millie smirking at me. "What are you smirking at?" I signed to her. "You and Noah were cuddling." She signed. "Yeah have you ever heard of platonic cuddling?" I asked her. "Yes but I don't think that was platonic." She signed. I rolled my eyes. "Whatever."'I signed laying back down. I grabbed my phone and saw a bunch of notifications. A congratulations text firm my friends and Amanda. People tagging me saying they loved the movie. I smiled. I fell back asleep knowing that I had done it.
