It's been a week since we surprised them with the gifts. It's my birthday tomorrow. Im turning 12. Still haven't texted or called Lauren I'm too busy. I feel like I'm starting to lose her. I hope I can call her today. But I have to work a lot today so I don't know. For my birthday I didn't want to do anything It felt wrong. "Y/n your turning 12 that's practically a teenager." He said still hugging me. "Yeah I guess." I said. Then Millicent was running at me. "Happy birthday y/n." She signed. She pulled me into a hug. "Thank you Millicent." I signed once she let me go. "Sucks your birthday is on such a long filming day." Noah said. "Im spending my birthday doing something I love." I said smiling. "Y/n I know you want to spend it with your friends at home and I'm sorry that you can't do that." Noah said. "No I want to spend it here." I said. "Y/n sometimes it's better if you admit that you miss it than ignore it." Noah said. "I don't want to talk about this right now." I said walking in to the set. "Happy birthday y/n" John said. "Thank you." I said. I grabbed some food and sat down at the table. "Hey y/n" it was Noah. "Hey." I said coldly. "Look I didn't mean to upset you back there I was just Trying to help." He said. "Yeah well you didn't." I said getting up and walking out. I walked into my trailer I sat on the couch and cried. Feeling sorry for myself I decided to look at a some old photos thinking that would help. It didn't right away when I opened my phone it was filled with pictures of Noah and Millicent. I love them I really do but for some reason it hurt me to see them today. I really miss home and I know this could be a huge deal but right now the only place I want to be is sitting on my bed playing board games with my friends. Then I scrolled to a picture of Danny. My sweet boy. Then I remembered something. I was in the hospital again holding his hand. "Y/n?" He asked softly. "Yes?" I said looking at him. "If I don't make it I don't want you to get stuck up on my death I want you to continue acting and carry on with your life." He said. "Oh Danny you will make it though." I said. "But if I don't." He said. "I promise." I said. Then I was back in the trailer. "Y/n?" It was Noah. "What do you want?" I asked. "Look please hear me ok?" He said. "No." I said. "Y/n I'm just trying to help." He said pleading with me now. "I-I please just listen to me." He said. "Fine." I said opening the trailer door. I saw Noah standing there with a concerned look on his face. I let him in. "I know how you feel." He said. "Do you?" I asked coldly. "Y/n I have been in the exact same place before." He said. "I had to leave my friends too." He said. "It sucks it really does but you can't get stuck on the past you have to focus on the future." He said. "That's the problem Noah I don't know if this is for me." I said. "I love filming I love acting but I kind of like the old small town y/n I don't know if I want to become famous." I said. "Listen finish the movie and quit if that makes you happy but believe me it gets better." He said. " I'm sorry for what I said this morning." He said. "No no I'm sorry Noah I was being a bitch I'm just so problematic." I said bringing him in for a hug. "I'm sure I will get over the whole friend thing." I said. "You know if they actually cared about me wouldn't you think they would have called me by now." I asked him. "I-I" he stumbled. "Noah it's ok just say the truth." I said. "Yeah I think that maybe they might not be that good if friends." He said rubbing his neck. "Yeah I think I just didn't want to think that I was losing them." I said. "Sorry I've known you for like 2 months and now you know my life story." I said. "It's fine I'm gal I can be trusted." He said smiling at me. I smiled back at him. "Let's go get ready birthday girl." He said slinging his arm around my shoulder. I put my arm around his shoulders and together we walked to the trailer. ~short time skip~ I got back home tired. I had been filming a lot and needed to catch some zzz's when I opened the door I heard. "Surprise!" I saw Noah, Millicent, Emily, John, and Cade. Standing in my apartment. My tiredness disappeared a little bit. "We didn't want your surprise party to be predictable so we did it tonight instead of at the set." Emily said hugging me. "Thank you guys this means a lot to me." I said. "That's the longest I've kept a secret." Millicent signed to me. "Of course it is." I signed to her and then hugged her . "Feeling better?" Noah whispered when I hugged him. "Yeah thank you." I said to him. "Any time." He said. Just then Millicent came out carrying a cake. It had a picture of me Noah and Millicent and Cade on it. I smiled down at it. "Make a wish." Noah said still at my side. Emily sliced cake and we sat on the couch and talked. "Presents." Noah said. "Mine first." Emily said. She bought me a necklace. "Thank you Emily I love it!" I said hugging her. John have me his next it was a poem book. "Your only 12 but your really into poetry." He said. Millicent gave me hers next. She got me a locket with a picture of us in it. "I love it Millie." I signed to her as i hugged her. Next was Noah. He got me a matching ring with his. "I thought you would like it I got one for Mille too." He said. "Thank you Noah I really love it." I said hugging him. "No problem y/n" we talked for a good 3 hours until I almost fell asleep. "I think we should go home guys." Emily said. "Yeah mom dad you ready." Noah asked yawning. "Yeah let's go." His parents said. I fell asleep the second my head hit the pillow. I'm really happy.
