Gin's pov

Gin sat against a window while taking a drag of his cigarette. Nen, huh? He wondered if that's what Arisu was using that day she beat him up.

"Gin! Lessons are starting, cm'ere" The voice of the guy Gin fucked called out to him. Looking to the side he moved his hair out of the way and smiled.

"Ah, yes." Gin had completely forgotten the fact that Eren invited their new nen teacher over today. He took one final drag of his cigarette and then put it out on the cold brick wall.

"I'm going," He followed Eren, the guy Gin messed with. Once they were together a scrawny guy walked in through the door and stood before gin and eren.

"I'm here to teach you guys nen lessons, right?" The nen teacher's timid voice spoke out.

"Yeah, I guess so" Gin went up to their new master and patted his shoulders as a greeting. But beneath Gins touch, it felt as though he was patting a metal desk with fabric over it. Gin took a step back in shock and looked over at Eren, who seemed to be taking their new teacher as a harmless bunny.

"Deceit is a very important factor when it comes to winning a fight," Their master said with a cold smile playing across his face. "At least in my opinion!" He smiled more sweetly at Gin and Gin was taken aback by how abruptly this guy's demeanor changed.

"I think you'll make a great student," Their master pats gin on the shoulder and walks past him.

"First things first," Haru, the nen teacher, drops a bottle on the table and looks up at his two seedlings. "Give me a valid reason as to why you two want to learn this ability."

Gin was the first to speak, "I want to learn it to protect my girlfriend. I wasn't able to protect her in the past, when she needed me the most so I want to make it up to her."

Beside him, Erens ears perked up and his face formed into one of surprise.

"You have a girlfriend?!" He asked, bewildered. Gin looked over at Eren and smirked.

"Ah, right." He chuckled, "Yeah, but we're broken up at the moment. Don't worry. Though, I plan on winning her back."

Haru paid close attention to Gins aura and watched how it swam around him in excitement.

"Are you sure you don't know nen yet, Gin?" Haru asked him which caused gin to laugh out loud.

"No, if I did I wouldn't be here."

"Right.. right, okay how about you Eren?"
