I turn around to see a girl in about her teens. She looks down at her feet blushing "Ms. May I have my dog back?" She asks softly "Oh-Uh yeah." She looked up at me and softly grabs the dog and puts it on the ground, she then looks up at me and smiles, "Ma'am I-", "No please just call me (y/n)." I interjected, "My name is Maya by the way and nice to meet you." she replied softly, moments after her comment the atmosphere is just awkward and silent "Well would you mind if i joined you on your walk?" She asked as i just smiled and nodded whilst walking ahead "So....Hows your Umm family?" She sighs heavily "Good." She replies "Can I ask you a quick question?" She asked "Yeah what's up." I reply "Would you mind if I had dinner with you?"
