OhmFluke A Day II

It wasn't usual for him to take the bus to his workplace. But because his car was sent to the workshop, what choice does he have? Not that he has anything to do with taking the bus but because he's been driving for the past 5 years, he needs a little getting used to using the bus again.

Today was only his second day and as he did on the first day, he spent his bus ride reading a book rather than being on his phone like what most people do.

Using his car, he could arrive at his office only by a 20 minutes drive but by bus, the time was doubled hence he had to get up earlier than usual and be at his bus stop as early as he could so as to not miss the bus.

When he got on the bus that morning, there weren't many people yet so he picked the seat towards the end then took out his book and started reading.

He didn't know when the seat beside him was occupied but when it did he merely nodded at the male who did the same to him and went back to his book. It was a couple minutes later that he felt a sudden weight on his right shoulder.

It was the male beside him, sleeping, on his shoulder.

He looked around, nobody seemed to notice the dilemma he's facing right now. Does he move the head on his shoulder? So he let him sleep? If he didn't wake him then will he miss his stop? Where is his stop anyways?

In the end, he didn't wake the male and went back to reading his book. The added weight on his shoulder was forgotten.

It was when he was almost nearing his stop, 2 stops away actually when the male beside him jolted up from his slumber and gasp. He looked around the area they were in and finally let out a breath of air.

Ohm watching all this happening of course.

The male then turns to him and slowly, a tinge of red hue appears on his cheeks.

"I'm s—" Unfortunately he didn't get to finish his word when the bus stopped and when the male realised it was his stop, we gasped once again, and bowed at Ohm before running for the exit.

Ohm had to chuckle as he eyed the small male who hadn't stopped sprinting once he got off the bus. Ohm looked at the direction the male was running into and realised it was to a school. A high school. Just then he realises the uniform the male was wearing, and the books he had in his arms.

"No wonder he was sleepy, must've been studying all night." He said to himself.

Fluke ran towards his school gate and got in just a few seconds before it closed behind him. He looked at the prefect besides the gate and smiles.

"On time today, Natouch." The male said.

Fluke chuckled before running towards his class. Thankfully the teacher wasn't there when he got in.

"You okay? You look flush." Sammy, his seatmate slash best friend, asked the clearly red faced male.

Fluke looked at the girl and blushed. "Oh my God Sammy you cannot believe what I did on the bus earlier!"

"What? What did you do??"

"I accidentally fell asleep on someone!"

"You didn't!"

"I did!"

"Oh my God Fluke!"

Both best friends continue shrieking at each other before finally laughing.

"Seriously though, I need to get him something. I didn't even get to say sorry earlier." Fluke said, pouting a little.

"Get him something? What makes you think you'll see him again?" Sammy asked and widened her eyes when she saw the male started blushing.

"Oh my God you like him don't you!"

"What?! Are you crazy! I just met him!"

Sammy snorted. "Doesn't mean you can't like him. Is he hot?"

Fluke slowly nodded, biting his lower lips. "Help me find something as an apology gift later?"

Sammy chuckled, nodding. "Of course."

He didn't wanna admit it but he was actually looking forward to meeting the sleepy boy from yesterday on the bus again.

That was why he had a light step on his way to the bus stop that morning.

He didn't remember which stop the boy get on yesterday since he wasn't paying any attention but he purposely left his book today so he's basically just going to watch the streets today.

He wasn't even sure if the male was going to get on the bus that day but there was a little hope that he would.

And that hope didn't go to waste when Ohm finally saw the male coming up the bus. Somehow their eyes met each other and unconsciously their lips went up for a smile.

Fluke noticed the empty seat beside his handsome man and quickly made a beeline to the spot.

Once he was seated, Ohm didn't waste time to greet him.

"Hi."

Fluke bit his lower lips and blushed. The guy wasn't only hot and good looking, his voice was also deep and oh God Fluke can feel his heart beating.

"H-Hi." He replied sheepishly.

Ohm smiles. He was about to say something else when the shorter male extended his hands with a box.

"I'm sorry for falling asleep on you yesterday. Please accept this as my apology." Fluke said, closing his eyes. Ohm looked at the small box and at the boy before chuckling.

"It's okay. You seemed tired so I couldn't wake you up. You don't have to do this." He said, pushing the extended arms lightly.

"No! I—I..."

"Okay, okay. I'll accept it if it'll make you stop blushing." He said finally taking the box but the smaller male was getting redder by the second.

Ohm smile, deciding to stop teasing him.

They sat in silence for a few minutes.

"Aren't you going to open it?" Fluke asked timidly.

Ohm looked at him and the box before shaking his head. "Nope. I'm going to open it later."

Fluke nodded, and they sat in silence again until Fluke's stop and the male finally went down.

Ohm, like yesterday, didn't tear his gaze from the small male and when he turned to look at the bus for a second, Ohm raised his hand for a wave.

Fluke hesitantly returns the wave before making his way to his school.

Once the taller male reaches his office, he takes his time to open the box. Inside was some chokates, candy, flower petals and a small note with a name and a phone number.

"Fluke Natouch." He reads the name and takes out his phone to save the number on his contact list.

That night, when Fluke was freshly out of the shower, he checked his phone and saw one unread message from an unknown number.

He clicked on it and blushed.

"Hi, I'm the guy you fell asleep on in the bus. Ohm. Thank you for the chocolates, sweets."
