OhmFluke A Day II

Ohm smiled at his students as they passed him gifts for the year end party. It was kind of a tradition in their school, for last year students to give presents to their most favourite teacher.

"Thank you." He said as the class representative of his class handed him a bouquet of chocolates.

"You're welcome, sir. We hope you like it." The girl answered, smiling sheepishly before she took off running. Ohm chuckled and looked at the bouquet and the other presents on his table.

"Surely this year I got more, right?"

Wrong.

As soon as he entered the teacher's office, the other teachers and staff members were crowding another person's table. His presents were so much more than his that he had to place some of them on the table next to his.

"K'Ohm! You got a lot of gifts too!" One teacher, K'Pine exclaimed when she saw him holding his gifts in his hands.

"Ah, yeah." He answered. Kao, the P.E teacher and his best friend walked towards him and helped him with the gifts. "Thanks Kao." He said.

"No problem." The older male replied as they put his gifts to his table.

He looked at the teacher who was seated across from him and they looked at each other before exchanging polite smiles.

"You got a lot, K'Fluke." He said.

"You too." The other teacher replied. They both smiled and got back to their own conversation. The other teachers were looking at Fluke's gifts and he was just entertaining their questions.

"You've got a lot more than last year." Kao, who was seated beside him, said.

"Oh, yeah." He answered. 'But he got a lot more.'

Kao who saw his eyes looking at the teacher across from them chuckled. "You're still caught on that?"

"What?"

Kao gestures towards Fluke with his lips. "No, I'm not." Ohm said, understanding what he was pertaining to.

"Sure..." The older male pulls on his words, his lips stretch to a teasing smile.

Ohm frown. "I'm really not P'Kao."

"And I said, sure." Kao shakes his head, hiding his chuckled behind his palm. Ohm threw the pen he was holding towards Kao in retaliation.

It was 4 hours after the last day of school ended that Ohm was finally done with his work. Most of the teacher and student had already left and there was only a couple more staff left in the school.

He shut down his laptop and tidied up his stuff.

"Finally done?" He heard a voice. He looked up and smiled.

"Yeah. I told you, you can go home first."

"Do you seriously think I'm going to leave you alone?" the other person said, rolling his eyes and leaning his butt on Ohm's table.

Ohm chuckled and placed his hands on the other person's thigh. "I guess not."

"You know it. Want me to help?"

"You can help carry my bag."

The other male pouted. "You know I can help you carry these too." He said, pointing to Ohm's gift.

"No, I'll carry those." Ohm stood up and gave his briefcase and the laptop bag towards the other person who was pouting but accepted the bags. He then proceeded to take the bags which consist of the gifts from the students. 2 big bags of them.

The two figures then bid goodbye to the few staff inside the teacher's office before walking towards the parking lot.

"Is there still space for me to put my stuff in the car even?" He asked when they were nearing their car.

"Of course there is. I fit mine in the trunk."

"You did it by yourself? Why didn't you call me to help?"

"You were deep in your work, I didn't want to bother you." Ohm nodded his head, waiting for the other person to unlock the car before he opened the backseat door for Ohm to place the bags.

After he was done, he extended his palm for the car key which the other male gave to him.

They both settled into the car with him in the driver seat. Once they closed the door on each side, Ohm pulled the other towards him and pressed their lips together for a long and passionate kiss.

"Wow." The other person asked, panting from the kiss.

Ohm smiled and licked the other's lower lips one more time before caressing his cheeks. "Nothing."

"You're jealous weren't you?"

"Pfft. Why would I?"

"Cause I got more presents than you." The other answered, smiling teasingly as Ohm reversed the car to get out of the parking lot.

"As if." The taller of the two answered, looking left and right before leaving the school premise to the main road.

"I know you tried changing your teaching style so the students will give you more presents at the end of the year. But you should know they really love you P'Ohm."

Ohm pouted. "But they still didn't give me more presents." He muttered. "They always talk about how 'Teacher Fluke is so pretty', or how 'Teacher Fluke has a pretty smile.'"

Fluke couldn't help but to laugh at his husband who was pouting deeper by his laugh.

"Why are you so pretty Fluke?" Ohm whined.

"P'Ohm~"

"Three years Noo. You've only been a teacher here for 3 years and you've been getting more presents each and every year. I worked there longer than you and when you came you stole my title of "Most Popular Teacher"."

Fluke laughed, knowing that Ohm was only whining because he was jealous that people were pining over him, not because he was jealous that Fluke stole his title.

"I'm sorry~" He apologised cheekily.

"Stop being too pretty Noo. Only be pretty to me." The taller male whined.

"How will I do that?" By now Fluke was just entertaining the taller male with his ridiculous requests.

"Wear a mask? Wait no, your eyes are too pretty, they'll be mesmerized if your eyes are the main thing that they see. We can't use a hat when in school, and no sunglasses either..." Fluke laughed as Ohm kept muttering to himself.

He leaned towards his spouse and pecked on the older male's cheeks. "No matter who looks at me, my eyes will always be on you, P'Ohm."

Ohm hit the brakes when the traffic light turned red and looked at the smaller male with a smile.

"I know, I love you Noo."

"I love you too, you silly male."
