Gran's POV *******

       "Breath Sara." "Mom! I'm shitting a watermelon! I am breathing!" Yelled Sara. "Push, I see the head!" Urged Dr. Askew. Sara feeling her next contraction crying out as she pushes. "Good, now 1 more push and your pup will be out!" Said Dr. Askew "It's almost over Sara." I say as I hold her hand whipping her sweat. The door burst open, "How are you holding up Sara." Said Dean her mate and the father of my grand pup. I can't stand him but, the Moon Goddess picked him not me. Sara cries out as she pushes with her contraction. The Dr. says, "It's a girl!" Dean moans in disappointment and then everyone freezes stiff.

I look around the room and the only ones moving are me and the baby. The Baby! I jumped to get the baby before she falls out of the frozen doctors' arms. I grab her and I hold the tiny angel tight to my chest in fright. I cut the cord, cleaned her the best I can in a hurry, and wrapped her up in a warm blanket.

A flash of brightness gives me momentary blindness. When my eyes came back in focus the most beautiful man and woman stood before me in grand golden silks. I gasp in shock and step back on instinct. I cradle my grand pup in my arms in a protective manner. The beautiful woman steps forward, and I step back again looking the woman over. Her hair was a lovely auburn, her skin was pink like a white human? But wolves have dark skin like their fur? They are too pink for a vampire or a fairy? My thoughts ramble guess after stupid guess in my head. Then I look her over them further. The woman has bright green eyes that held a motherly love in them for me. What the hell?

She gives me a gentle smile and I know in my heart I can trust her. I don't know how? "May I see her?" She asks in her genteel voice. Arms outreach, "She is after all my family too." I'm too shocked to utter a word I just hand her my grand pup like I've known her my whole life. She gives me a warm smile before giving her attention to the pup. She looks to the handsome man with golden hair that arrived with her saying, "Isn't she beautiful Shedu?"

That's when I decide to take a better look at the God like man that has a golden glow about him. His hair wavy golden strand that lay perfectly framing his chiseled face, his golden eyes held a power matching his skin and hair like he was sent from the Gods. What? God? Golden skin and eyes named Shedu!

I finally stutter out a sentence, "Ya, You, you are Shedu t-the S-Sun God!" I drop to my knees begging for their forgiveness for my disrespect. The woman giggles making me want to see what's so funny but, I don't dare look up. she says." Rise my child I am Pterolycus." "The Moon Goddess" I whisper to myself as she giggles again.

I can't believe I'm here with the Moon Goddess and Sun God and she is giggling at me! You can't make this shit up! 

"Shut up and listen if they are here, it must be important! scolds Sadie my wolf. 

" Okay! Okay!"

Still on my knees I say, "How can I be of service Mother...Father?" "Much better." said Sadie. "Stand my child it will be easier to speak this way." I stand and look around at everyone still frozen like statues. "Creepy." said Sadie. I have to agree.
She continues on as she looks at the pup with love, "She will need you, Martha." 

She knows my name.  "She's the Mother of us all of course she knows your name you idiot!" scolds Sadie.

Shedu informs me, "The hunters have been working on a many new weapons." I gasp in shock and fear. Shedu continues, "I have given an alpha wolf the strength to defeat them but", he says with his index finger up ...... "He will not be at full strength until they are fully mated. Prepare her." "Yes Father." I say as I slightly bow in submission.
