Sabay kaming pumasok ni Clark sa party. Naiwan si Mooze doon dahil hihintayin pa raw niya si Thalia sa lobby. Pagpasok namin, maraming mga mata ang kaagad na napukaw ng aming atensyon.

I made sure I fixed my hair and lips before we went inside. Nagulo kasi buhok at lipstick ko dahil sa kapusukan ni Mooze. I think I'm in good composure again. Kaya naman may kaonting kumpiyansa sa sarili nang pumasok.

Clark's hand was on my waist, claiming it just for the people's view. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na naisip na gawin 'to ni Mooze. He was known for being a possessive and jealous man. To know that he planned this for me to have company and diversion means so much to me.

We're both compromising.

"Your friends will be here soon. Want to catch up with them?" Clark whispered when we're already in our designated place.

We're here in one of the biggest casinos in Asia. The ambiance of the place was seriously breathtakingly expensive. The chandeliers above emit dramatic luminous light and atmosphere. In some ways, it feels like I'm inside one of England's palaces.

I looked back to Clark who's now pouring wine in our crystal glasses. He seems comfortable. I concluded that maybe he's already used to this kind of place.

"Friends?" I asked even though I already have ideas in mind.

While I was staring at my wine moving like waves in my glass, I saw in my peripheral view that a group of people entered. People are now staring at Senyor with his walking stick. Kasama nito ang mga Aguirre na nakaporma na damit. Franco was beside him, Ate Cheska and Crisanta were beside my Mom and sir Rigor. Hindi rin nakatakas sa mga mata ko si Mooze na hawak ang baywang ni Thalia na nakasunod sa kanilang likuran.

Thalia was so fierce, and she's so stunning tonight wearing her black tight dress... Nag-iwas ako ng tingin nang tumitig pabalik sa akin si Thalia. Clark looked at me with his reassuring smile.
