*Time skip to Teddy's second year of Hogwarts*

1st of September, 2010

Time had treated the Malfoy-Potters extremely well. Their wedding had been the talk of the Wizarding World for months, after it was confirmed that they were actually married of course. Rumors had swirled for years as to whether or not the men were together, let alone if they had actually tied the knot.

Draco and Harry took great pleasure in contributing to all kinds of hilarious tabloid headlines. It was Draco's idea of course, fueled by the ridiculous rumor that he was cheating on Harry with Hermione. Harry then made a big fuss about taking Ron on a revenge date, talking loudly enough that there were multiple witnesses confirming the story.

Ron and Hermione's relationship was more publicized, as Hermione remained in the public eye with her volunteer work combined with her work in the Ministry. Ron was a successful Auror, and made a name for himself in his own right.

The Granger-Weasleys had been married for years and had two children. Ron had proposed to Hermione on September 1st inside the train car where they had first met. Hermione hadn't been expecting it, and was completely overjoyed.

As for the Malfoy-Potters, they had been married in the Spring of 2002 with a beautiful ceremony. The press were clueless as to what had occurred, just as the men had wanted it. They had also taken Teddy in and treated him as if he was their own son. Draco's potion was known worldwide and had been changing lives. His mother was running the business now, as he and Harry were entering the next stage of their careers.

Harry had been talked into giving many guest lectures at Hogwarts over the years since the War by McGonagall. With so many of their older professors retiring, there was an influx of job openings. Harry would now be teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts, Draco Potions, and Neville was already at Hogwarts, teaching Herbology.

The two men had been offered the teaching positions the year before, but they wanted Teddy to enjoy and experience his first year at Hogwarts without their influence. They knew that he would be facing a lot due to who his parents were, and they didn't want to add to the stress. McGonagall had relented to their decision, and now it was time for them to start their new lives, together.

This brings us to present times, where Draco and Teddy were inside of a coffee shop, awaiting their breakfast before leaving to catch the Hogwarts Express. Draco sent Teddy forward to put in the order, and he hung towards the back of the shop. Some things never changed.

Harry was waiting impatiently for his family to return. He had loaded all of Teddy's things onto the train for him already. Now, he was waiting for his son and his husband before the station got too crowded. With an exasperated sigh, Harry walked in, just in time to see the madness unfold.

"Tea for Potter!", the barista yelled.

The noise in the shop ceased, and everyone's eyes darted around for their savior, who had quietly slipped in moments before his name was called. All eyes were on him, but he only had eyes for Draco.

Gasps were heard as Draco Malfoy himself went up to the counter to collect his order with the patented Malfoy smirk on his face.

"Draco, did you really need to get tea from here? We had tea at home", Harry said with a sigh, ignoring the stares and whispers.

"It's my Hogwarts tradition, okay? Plus, I promised Teddy a muffin."

"He did, Dad. Hurry up Father, I want a good seat on the train!"

"Mint hot chocolate for Malfoy?", the barista called, more tentatively.

Hiding a smirk of his own, Harry collected the cup, thanking her. The volume in the shop only increased, and they were waiting on one more thing.
