Chapter 11

Time flew by and soon its December 22nd, Freya and Kellin had arrived a couple weeks prior. Penelope's due date was today, but there was so far no sign of labor while Lizzie is roughly three months along with a sizable baby bump and they've found out the genders of the twins, both girls, Stella and Luna Mikaelson. Most students were gone for the holidays only a select few stayed. The entire school has been decorated for those who had stayed and the Christmas cheer has even effected Hope for the first time since her parents and uncle Elijah died. Penelope on the other hand is getting moodier as the days pass, wanting to give birth and hold her baby girl and as she puts it 'to stop feeling as big as a house'. Its not till 10 pm on December 24th that Penelope goes into labor. Their room was quickly adjusted for Penelope to give birth. Josie sat on the bed behind Penelope who laid on her occasionally cursing at Hope when a painful contraction comes. Josie comforts Penelope, Lizzie makes herself busy nesting and perfecting everything. Hope waits on all three of them for their every need, and Kellin keeps track of Penelope's progressing labor. Caroline and Alaric are in charge of contacting the rest of the Mikaelson's so they can make their way to the school from New Orleans.

Everyone is at the school by 6 am on Christmas day and Penelope is still in labor, but has managed to fall asleep for a little. While Penelope manages to sleep everyone else catches up and eats. By 9 am Penelope is awake, but with Freya's help of natural herbs she is able to handle the pain of contractions. Everyone sits around the room talking until Penelope has progressed to the point she has to push and everyone but Hope, Josie, Lizzie, Kellin, Caroline, and of course Penelope leave. Many pushes, screams, curses, and a broken hand for Hope, the baby's cries filling the room.

"Its a girl!" Kellin says as she quickly wipes the baby up before placing her on Penelope's chest.

Eloise Andrea Mikaelson, born December 25th, 2029 at 4:53 pm, 6.7 pounds, 15 inches tall, a full head of jet black hair and bright blue eyes.

School starts back up and Eloise goes through some struggles with the separation from her mothers as do her mothers from her. It take a little over a week for a routine to form. Caroline and Alaric watch Eloise while the girls are in school except for lunch when Penelope will feed Eloise before they put her down for a nap.

A few weeks after school was back from break Hope had to leave during a full moon to help Alaric with a new wolf. That trip didn't go completely as hoped when they ran into a old friend of Hope's, Landon Kirby. Hope was ecstatic to return to the school in the morning to see her girls. Landon and Raf had been asking questions non-stop, especially Landon which is getting on Hope's nerves. The second Alaric pulls into the school Hope sees Josie, Lizzie, Penelope, and Eloise waiting in front of the school for her. The look on Landon's face when Hope runs to them, kisses and hugs each of them while saying how much she missed and love them was priceless.

"Wait, what the hell?" Landon says looking between Hope, the other three girls, and baby in disbelief and curiosity.

"My loves, that is Landon a old friend and his brother Rafael. Rafael is the new wolf."

"Hello boys." Lizzie, Josie, and Penelope say together while Hope takes Eloise into her arms.

"That was creepy and what the fuck Hope, you kissed all three of them and that baby looks a lot like you?" Landon says quite rudely.

"Shut up, its not creepy they're adorable. Also yes I kissed them their my girlfriends and I sure hope she looks like me I am one of her mothers after all." Hope states very matter of the fact. "Now please Landon follow Dr. Saltzman. And Lizzie, Josie, I believe Rafael could use a tour of the school. Pen, Ellie and I will meet up with you later for lunch." Hope goes on to kiss both twins before they walk off with Raf. Alaric motions for Landon to follow him like Hope had said and they walk away with Hope, Penelope, and a sleeping Eloise following.

In Alaric's office Caroline is waiting for them. Alaric is quick to go through the whole spiel about the school and the supernaturals that inhabit it before asking for info on Rafael. Hope can't help but roll her eyes during this while blocking out the sound of talking while looking down at her sleeping child in her arms.

"Hope? HOPE?" She snaps out of her thoughts when Alaric calls her name.

"What?"

"I said its time to compel him."

"Oh yeah." Hope hands Eloise to Penelope before she grabs Landon's shoulder and looks into his eyes. "Forget everything you've seen or learned since last night. All you need to know is that your friend has found a home where he can live a better life. You'll miss him, but you know it's for the best." Hope finishes and Landon removes her hand before looking between everyone.

"Are you all out of your minds? How could I forget any of this?" Landon then tries to leave only for Hope to vamp in front of him and squeeze his neck until he blacks out.

"Let's get him to the transition cells. Matt probably slipped vervain into the coffee at the gas station." Alaric tells Hope.

"That would explain it other than the fact that he didn't have any coffee from there only prepackaged food." Hope reminds him as she carries him out and they all head to the cellar.

"That leaves only one thing, he's supernatural." Caroline says.

"I'll get Emma to run a test on him and see, but until then I guess you girls should go meet up with Lizzie and Josie." Alaric says as Hope sets Landon on a bed in one of the cells.

"Sounds good to me, let's go Hope!" Penelope says happily as she grabs Hope's hand with the one not holding Eloise.

The rest of the day goes by quickly and by the time dinner rolls around Emma ran the test on Landon. Turns out he is a witch, but had yet to tap into his power, so he was allowed the stay. That night Hope stayed with Eloise so Lizzie, Penelope, and Josie could go enjoy themselves at the party in the woods. She didn't mind staying with the baby as with the rescue mission for Raf and then everything with Landon she hadn't slept much. Landon and Raf went to the party and quickly madness pursued when Landon got a couple drinks in him.

"So you three are all with Hope? She's so pretty I never guessed her to be a dyke." Landon slurs as he stands in front of Lizzie, Josie, and Penelope.

"Yeah well A, she isn't a dyke, and B, we are all mates so learn to bite your tongue or you will find yourself without one." Penelope growls at him as she comes to stand in front of Lizzie and Josie who are also growling.

"Jeez, you all are kinda hot when you're angry. I could show you each a good time or actually I think I'll go figure out where Hope is and show her one." Landon smirks as he speaks and when he finishes he turns lazily as he starts to stumble away only for Penelope to grab his shoulder. Penelope spins him around and punches him in the face knocking him to the ground.

"What the fuck why'd you hit him?" Rafael says coming up to them only seeing Penelope hitting Landon.

"He was talking bad about us and Hope, so I punched him. Maybe he should have listened to my prior warning. Just be glad I didn't rip his tongue out instead." Penelope snarks.

"He's drunk and you broke his nose for talking shit? Jeez you're a crazy bitch."

Josie's eyes flash golden at the boy's ignorance and preforms a quick silent spell that lights Rafael's shirt on fire. He screams and drops to the ground trying to put the fire out and stands and goes to try and attack the girls when it goes out with Landon joining him.

"I don't fucking think so! He talked about my girlfriends and myself in a crude manor and then continued when warned and told that we are mates. Then you come and do pretty much the same? I don't think so! Now listen here you fools! NO ONE TALKS BAD ABOUT US, HOPE IS OURS NO ONE ELSE'S! SO BACK THE FUCK OFF BOTH OF YOU AND ANYONE ELSE THAT THINKS THEY HAVE A CHANCE!" Josie screams as she uses magic to pin both boys to separate trees.

Lizzie puts a gentle hand on Josie's shoulder and they look at each other. Josie then drops the boys and the three girls leave the party. After explaining their early return to Hope and calming her down so she doesn't kill the boys they head off to bed only to wake to Eloise's cries of hunger.
