3rd person POV
Aang air bends himself to his feet looking around
Aang : what's going on here?
Sokka: you tell us!How did you get in the ice? And why aren't you frozen *poking the boy in the side with his spear*
Aang: *pushing the spear* I'm....not sure.
They all hear loud groaning noise from inside the Ice burg and Aang scrambles into the Ice burg and slides down hugging the creature
Aang: Appa!Are you alright?Wake up buddy.
the creature opens its eyes and licks the boy
Aang: haha! your ok! *he hugs the creature*
y/n: is that what I think it is?
Sokka: what is it?
y/n: Its a sky bison!
Aang: Thats correct!....wait how do you know that?
y/n: I like to read..and I have a photographic memory so it works out!*smiles awkwardly*
Aang: *blushes* wow you must be pretty smart then..
y/n: yeah you could say that haha *she blushed and looked the other direction*
Sokka: pff..yeah right and this is Katara my flying sister *sarcastically*
Aang looks at Sokka questioningly for a moment before his attention goes to his bison...Aang ducks and Appa sneezes the snot goes straight for Sokka and it lands on him Sokka speaking gibberish trying to rub the snot off of him
Aang: Don't worry it'll wash out
Sokka staring at Aang with an unimpressed face and Katara covers her mouth in disgust
Aang: so do you guys live around here
y/n is about to answer before Sokka interrupts
Sokka: Don't answer that! Did you see that crazy bolt of light?! he was probably trying to signal the fire navy!
katara&y/n: oh yeah I'm sure he's a spy for the fire navy! you can tell by the evil look in his eye
Aang gives the three of them a childish grin
y/n: The paranoid one is my brother Sokka and thats my sister Katara! You never told us your name
Aang: Im A....a-a-a-Achoo! *he sneezed an flew up 13 feet in the air and he lands safely on the ground*I'm Aang *he sniffles*
Sokka: you just sneezed and flew ten feet in the air!
y/n: actually it was 13 feet
Aang: wow your really smart
y/n: haha thanks!* she rubs her arm looking down at her feet with a little smile*
Katara: your an airbender!
Aang: sure am!
Sokka: Giant light beams,flying bison, airbenders.....I think I got midnight sun madness.I'm going home to where stuff makes sense *it then hits him that they are stuck in the middle of the ocean*
Aang: Well if you guys are stuck Appa and I can give you a lift
Katara& y/n: we'd love a ride! *they both run to get on the bison Katara gets on by herself, but Aang grabs y/n by her waist and air bends them both up! y/n turns red as a Tomato and Katara laughs at her little sister
Sokka: Oh no! I'm not getting on that fluffy snot monster
y/n: are you hoping some other monster will come along and give you a ride home? You know, before you freeze to death?
Sokka: I- *he then bows in defeat climbing onto Appa*
Aang: okay first time flyers, hold on tight! Appa yip-yip * The bison gets off the ground soaring through the air for a second before landing in the water with a big splash
Aang: come on Appa. Yip-Yip
Sokka: *sarcastically* Wow,that was truly amazing
The sisters shoot Sokka an angry glare
Aang: Appa's just tired. A little rest and he'll be soaring through the Sky. You'll see.
Katara and y/n smile at Aang smiles back returning the gesture
y/n goes to move back on the saddle when she realizes he's smiling at her
y/n: why are you smiling at me like that?
Aang: oh I was smiling
y/n giggles and Aang blushes
*cut to another scene during the night*
Katara: Hey
Aang: Hey. What'cha thinking about?
Katara:I guess I was wondering you being an air bender and all, if you had any idea what happened to the Avatar?
Aang: Oh,no. I didn't know him I knew people that knew him but I didn't. Sorry.
Katara: Okay. Just curious.*she looked disappointed before smiling at him again* good night
Aang: Sleep tight.
Aang turns around with a look of guilt on his face
