Haru's happy face melts away as he spots Itachi just a breath behind me, a hand resting on my shoulder. "You!" He screams, as if he knows pain and hatred, "You took Chishi away from me!" Itachi's hand squeezes my shoulder slightly.

"I left of my own free will." I remind Haru, my eyes narrowing considerably. "Don't act like you know pain. You are sheltered." Haru's expression of hatred for Itachi becomes shock as he sees me defending Itachi. "You don't know pain. You don't even know hatred, yet."

I look at the younger Uchiha who stands beside my brother. They share the same fury, the same hatred for Akatsuki. My emotionless face seems to shock Haru. "You never take your mask off..." Haru says, stepping toward me slightly. "Ane-chan, what's gotten into you?" He demands, staring at me with wide eyes.

"You know nothing, Haru!" I say as flatly as I usually do. My emotionlessness is new to Haru, who knew me as someone as emotional as the next person. "I'm sick of pretending to be who you want me to be." Haru's face crumples before he looks at us, an emotionless duo, both with younger siblings who shelter broken hearts.

"It's all his fault!" Haru screams, dragging out a kunai. He charges, the idiot I call my brother. Quicker than the eye can follow, I toss three kunai with great accuracy. They line up just in front of his feet, causing him to balk, then falter, then step back, horror on his face. "You're protecting him! Why? Why are you different?"

I cock my head to one side, an unimpressed expression upon my face. Deciding not to dignify that question with a response, I step forward slightly and glare at Haru. "You cannot hope to beat me if you balk at a blade." I say slowly, hands flashing into my signs. Haru's eyes widen.

"Half-Demon." I say. I charge at Haru, caging him in my arms to the wall, a kunai thunking into the wall beside his head. "You'll never defeat me. You'll go off with a snake, but what will you learn? You are as foolish as always, Haru!"

"Chishi." Itachi's voice causes me to stiffen. "Now that you've terrified him, have you tracked down who we're looking for?" I snap my spread wings closed and nod stiffly, turning my back on my brother as my wings melt away. I do not wear an Akatsuki cloak, and as thus, I'm not strictly attached to the group.

"Yes." I say, walking back to him and ignoring our younger siblings. "Down the hallway, first door on the left." Itachi nods, and I ignore the fight that breaks out between the two, although it is hardly a fight. Itachi's brother is no match for him, just as Haru is no match for me. I shudder at the similarities.

"Chishi! Why are you doing this?" Haru says, stepping toward me. I throw a kunai at him, and it grazes his cheek, a silent reminder that I'm no longer his ally. "You can come back! You don't have to stay with them!"

"I will not be confined to ridiculous ties!" I shout, stepping closer. "True shinobi have no need for emotions, so why do you have yours, Haru?" Haru's face crumples again, and grief gnaws away at me. I know I cannot be on his side anymore. I want to guide him in the right direction, but he is out of my control.

"Ane-chan..." Haru murmurs, reaching for me, those eyes of his watering. My own eyes, a mirror in all aspects but emotion, widen slightly. Haru notices, he's sharp, but he knows not to say anything as I glance at Itachi for a split second. I mold my face into a snarl.

"We are only family in name until you can beat me!" I say to him, my eyes changing to accomodate my Angel Mode. "I'm beyond you! You won't catch up!" Haru stays rooted to the spot he's in, watching me with horror, as I lead the two Akatsuki members to where the Jinchuriki is. I feel guilt eat away at me. I watch flatly as Itachi attempts to take care of business, but is ultimately stopped by another of the Sanin, whose eyes remain glued to me.
