"You sure about this?" Julia asked from where she was crouched behind a dumpster in an alleyway near the front entrance of Rathaway Industries and she sighed.
"Yes, why wouldn't I be?" Hartley asked from next to her and he slipped his gauntlets on, as Julia did the same.
"Oderint dum metuant?" Julia murmured and Hartley smirked at her use of the Latin phrase.
"Let them hate, just so long as they fear. Caligula." Hartley muttered back to her, and Julia flipped up her hood a bit, to cover her face.
Hartley did the same and they both stepped out of the alleyway and they walked together toward the company that was rightfully belonging, to their prodigal son.
Hartley blasted sonic waves at the glass and Julia used her telekinesis to do the same and she steered shattered glass pieces directly into the building.
She was aiming for the supports of their targeted building, until all of a sudden, she felt something locking all around her head.
Julia began to scream in agony, the second that she realized what it was that the Flash had managed to get on her head.
Julia felt blood leaking from her nose at the horrific pain, all tearin' through her head. "H-hartley." She croaked in a lot of pain, as he looked over at her.
Hartley stopped his assault and he raced over to her, as she was biting down hard to swallow her screams of agony. The Flash briefly watched the two, before he disarmed Hartley and they were sped off to S.T.A.R Labs.
When they eventually got there, they were met by Cisco and Caitlyn. Caitlyn gently removed the neural inhibitors from Julia's head.
Julia's ears and nose were leaking blood from the neural inhibitors that had done its work enough, to keep her from reading minds and keeping her in enough agonizing pain, to make sure that she couldn't use any of her powers to attack them.
"Hey guys." She rasped and looked like she was dying, as the inhibitors were removed.
"Get them into the pipeline." Caitlyn suggested and Julia didn't even need to be pushed, she just walked down to the accelerator and Cisco opened the cell.
"In." He said sharply and Hartley went in first, only for Cisco to catch Julia off-guard and the inhibitor was forced back onto her head.
Julia bit back her cries of agony and tears ran down her face, as she walks past Hartley's cell, and into her own.
Julia sat against the wall of her cell in silence, as she tried to ignore the pain in her head.
After a few hours of being stuck silently in the pipeline, Julia looked up at the sight of Hartley in front of her cell. She winced, as she had tried to use her powers to reach out with her mind.
"Back up and turn away from the glass window." Hartley said loudly and Julia nodded, as she turned away from the window and she plugged her ears.
She heard the glass shattering and when Hartley walks into the cell, she heard the almost musical crunchin' of the glass shards underfoot.
Julia stood up and Hartley removed the inhibitor, as Julia inhaled sharply and started wipin' the blood off of her face. "You really smuggled bombs in your hearing aides?" She asked as he nodded.
"Yeah... now, let's blow a hole in the pipeline." Hartley murmured and she looked at him with a sigh. Hartley was screaming, as he pulled out one of the hearing aides and Julia reached out as she took his pain.
Hartley and Julia stepped back and they both crouched, facing away from the explosion site.
