~ Layla's POV ~

It's been 2 months since Mattia asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes, but recently he's been acting distant and has been going out on "missions" more than usual

I have a feeling he's cheating, but at the same time I keep denying it. I've completely fallen in love with Mattia ... completely.

Today has been a normal day. Mattia going on "missions" while me and Faith hang out. It's currently 12:37 PM and Mattia's still not home. I just put Faith to bed and I'm just in my room pacing around the room worrying about Mattia until my room door opens ..

Layla : Damnit Mattia where have you...

Before I finished I took a good look at him. He looks drunk

Layla : Are you drunk

Mattia : No baby I'm not drunk

He says slurring his words

Layla : Mattia yes you ar-

He then pulls me into a kiss and I kiss back. The kiss then leads into a make out session

He pushes me onto the bed and starts to take off his clothes while kissing me. He breaks the kiss really quick to take off his shirt

I take the minute to observe his body which was filled with purple circles. Leading from his stomach to his colar bone

Layla : Mattia what are these ?

I say looking at the purple spots

Mattia : Bruises from training with the boys

He didn't sound to sure. Before I could say anything he just continued to kiss me and I kissed back

We had sex and after that he fell asleep cuddling me. Randomly his phone started to buzz from the notifications

I try my best to not get in his business, but the notifications kept coming and coming. I picked up his phone, unlocked it and read the messages

As I read the messages my heart broke into a million pieces. How could he ? Why-?

I tap Mattia shoulder

Mattia : Hmm ?

He groaned

Layla : So we're cheating now ??

Mattia's head shot up instantly and I put his phone up to show him the messages

Mattia : Layla I can explain-

Layla : No fuck you and your explanation. I'm taking my daughter and leaving

I get up and walk to the door

Mattia : You can't just take her

Layla : Watch me

I close the door and go to Faith's room. I wake her up and just go to my car. The only thing I had taken was my phone, charger, and Faith's Ipad

I put her into her car seat and Mattia opened the front door of the house

Mattia : Wait Layla !

I just got in my car and drove off

I stopped at a red light and turned around to see Faith knocked out. I smile and then start to drive back to New York ...
