"And so we finally decided it was enough and moved out here" his granny finished as we dried the dishes

"Oh wow" I chuckled and sat the last plate in the cabinet

"But you go ahead up there and take you a good ole nap you all drove up here I know you're tired and when you wake up we can find out what we'll do from there" she told me while drying her hands

"Yes ma'am and thank you so much" I gave her a hug

"Oh you don't worry about it" she smiled

I basically dragged myself back up the steps then when I got in the room and seen brazy sprawled across the whole bed I sighed

"Scoot over" I shook him lightly

He jumped up then calmed down when he seen me

"What you say?" He asked

"I just need you to scoot over" I told him and he sat up

I got on top of him then layed down and closed my eyes

When I opened my eyes, xavier was turning around to his other side

I pulled the cover up on him some more then layed back down and went back to sleep

He hung up then put his phone on the dresser

"Everything okay?" I asked and he looked at me

"Yeah demon said they figuring out who put it out" he explained while coming back to the bed

He layed down and pulled me over, making me lay my head on his chest

"I lived here when I was 5 until I was 13" he told me

"Why?" I asked but closed my eyes

"My moms was going through something" he shrugged

"I never lived in another house but my mom would leave me at home fa months at a time after my dad passed" I was only tryna relate

"Dont ever do et to my child aight? If it get hard bring her to me" he said and I looked up at him

"Yes it is cuz I want a daughter" he nodded

"I dont even want another kid yet" I sighed

He pulled me on top of him and rubbed my back

"Im bout to go take a shower" I sat up

"Im going back to sleep" he put his hands behind his head

I went in the restroom then pulled a rag and towel from the closet
